Truly the Best Choice! Our stay at Cairo taj on April 9th, without a doubt, the best choice we could have made. From the moment we arrived, we were absolutely delighted, and we only wished we could have stayed longer! The room itself was stunning, and we were so impressed by the impeccable cleanliness throughout the entire hotel. What truly set this place apart, however, was the exceptional service and hospitality from every single member of staff. Their kindness and professionalism made our special day even more perfect. We were especially grateful for the complimentary room upgrade they provided – it was such a lovely surprise and added to the overall enjoyment of our stay. The hotel offered unique amenities and touches that we haven't experienced anywhere else, making it truly stand out. Absolutely wonderful experience! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how genuinely friendly, helpful, and warm every staff member was. They truly made me feel at home. I had an issue with my luggage breaking, and two staff members (Sayed and Randa) were nice enough and took the time to fix it for me! That level of care and attention is so rare, making my stay feel extra special. The terrace was the perfect spot to relax or get some work done, with a peaceful atmosphere. My room was comfortable and stylish! A special thank you to Adham, Sayed, Randa, and Abd—your kindness made my visit truly memorable. The whole team went above and beyond in every way!

Unfortunately, I tested positive for COVID on the evening I was planning to leave Egypt. The staff at the hotel were exceptional in the support they provided in letting me stay longer and helping me to isolate. I would have had difficulty coping in this difficult situation without their kindness and encouragement. It was like the Hotel California that I couldn't leave. But in this case, I mean this in a good way. Thank you so much President Hotel.

We had an AMAZING stay here! The location is top, friendly caring staff! Beautiful historic styled interior, we made some 🔥 pics for Insta 🤩 My friend was celebrating her birthday on this trip and they decorated the room with flower petals, AND they brought a CAKE!!! 😍🤩🎉🍾 It was delicious chocolate cake from some fancy bakery. This really made her day! Special thanks to the manager as well as Mahmud and Alahamad 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 10/10 recommend, perfect place for a weekend in Cairo. Love! ❤️
