Very nice very comfortable rooms spacious and a good breakfast. The staff was absolutely excellent and I want to thank Luis for taking good care of me. He always greeted me with a smile, and if I ever asked him or anything, he was always very helpful!

The apartment is in a safe location and has everything you need. We stayed here when walking Camino Frances. The landlord is friendly and helpful to all. We had an excellent stay. We appreciated the coffee in the morning. Although there were only two of us this place is large enough for four people.

Wow, above and beyond! The apartment is spacious and beautifully decorated. It’s about 20 minutes to Logroño in the peaceful little town Murillo de Río Leza. Communication with Monica was easy and she added an extra touch by leaving delicious wine with chocolates as well as some food for breakfast. Parking was convenient in a parking garage.

I had to switch hotels unexpectedly in the middle of my stay in Logroño, and thankfully Booking.com helped me find a room at Áurea Palacio de Correos at the last minute. My only regret is that I didn’t stay here from the beginning! From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed by front desk staff who were incredibly professional, kind, and accommodating. My room was beautiful, extremely comfortable, and luxurious, with thoughtful amenities and high-quality products throughout. The buffet breakfast was wonderful, but what really made my stay exceptional was the staff. They went above and beyond to help me with transportation, including arranging taxis to Haro and to the airport. On my final day, I had to leave very early and would miss breakfast, so they even prepared a breakfast for me to take with me. That thoughtful gesture meant so much. Áurea Palacio de Correos is a beautiful hotel, but the warm, welcoming, and professional staff are what truly made my stay memorable. I felt very well taken care of from beginning to end and would absolutely stay here again. I only wish I had discovered it sooner!

Beautiful room, huge bed and extremely nice and helpful staff at reception desk (Borja was really outstanding, kind and helpful!) The spa is wonderful and worth reserving. Breakfast was excellent and location just in the old town near everything. The building is beautiful.
