We ended up in this cute hotel because our flight was cancelled and we needed a place to stay overnight not far from the airport. We didn't expect much, but this place exceeded all our expectations! The lady at the front desk was extremely helpful and welcoming. She waited for our arrival to check us in even though it was quite late. She gave us a wonderful room and was very kind. The hotel had a beautiful inner garden where we grabbed our morning coffee. Overall, we had a super positive experience. We want to come back to this hotel at least for a couple of days next time we're in Tenerife for some peace and quiet.

Beautiful definitely get the property with the jacuzzi

Perfect location if you are travelong from south airport. Host was wery helpfull.

The villa is amazing what a wonderful view and perfect surroundings the jacuzzi was brilliant the villa had everything you need.

We recently returned from a wonderful stay at Haciendas, and it was simply delightful. The accommodation was spacious, clean, and nicely furnished. The verandas and balconies offered stunning views of the ocean and Costa Adeje, making them perfect spots to relax. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. When they saw we had a baby and a long walk to the pool, they kindly upgraded our room and even brought presents for our little one during our stay. Their thoughtful gestures made us feel very welcome. This was my second time staying at Haciendas, and I highly recommend it. It's located away from the hustle and bustle, providing a peaceful retreat. Plus, there's a great Italian restaurant, Il Fornao, just across the road, offering delicious pizza and pasta at reasonable prices. Overall, Haciendas is a fantastic choice for a relaxing getaway. With its comfortable accommodation, beautiful views, and friendly staff, we can't wait to return.

The property was modern with everything you needed on hand for a relaxing holiday with amazing views.

Its a great family hotel, and the kids loved it. The pool is great along with the ease of getting sunbeds. The food is plentiful although, some evening are very samey... and could be a bit tiresome.

I loved it, pools were heated, outside looks like in the pictures, friendly staff, breakfast good and lots of choices.

Everything was perfect! Location, hotel, staff, cleanliness, dining room, food choice, sun terrace upstairs . Our 3rd visit and I'm sure we'll be back.

Everything was great! The hotel is well located, 10 minutes from the beach by foot, a lot of stores around. The room was very spacious and clean, as was the whole hotel in general. We really enjoyed the buffet, which was very varied and had good/fresh products. The staff were amazing and very helpful, especially Fabio (i think was his name) from reception who surprised us with a bottle of Prosecco and a piece of cake in our room for my mum’s birthday, Kelvis from the buffet and Alejandro from the bar on the rooftop (he makes the best cocktails by the way). Many thanks to them for making our stay memorable!

A wonderful swimming pool and breathtaking, stunning views. In addition, the service is very helpful and extremely friendly, and the breakfasts are excellent.

Everything was great. I loved the view from the second floor, which offered an amazing vista of the golf course and a bit of the sea. It’s such a quiet place, perfect if you’re looking for a destination to relax and enjoy tranquility. This is the best option book it without a doubt. The vibe of the hotel is a bit classy, so if you expect something modern, it won't meet your expectations. However, everything else is great: it's quiet, has amazing service, and the staff are doing their best to make your stay comfortable. Despite these points, I still give them a 10 out of 10. The hotel is amazing, and I highly recommend it. Just book it. It’s amazing!

Very good location very goo for families many activities good restaurant

Friendly staff, and room with terrace views, which are really good for photography. Good location near to a big shopping center with good restaurants (Yum Yum is a great one)

The staff are very friendly, entertainment team really good. Especially Patricia & Alex. They went the extra mile. We loved how laid back, friendly & inviting the hotel was. We loved that there was lots of entertainment if you were willing to join in. Good all inclusive with little added extras. Overall we really enjoyed it.
