The hotel is a traditional Canarian house and has an amazing garden full of birds and plants. The breakfast is made daily and they really put an effort to make it special. We had multiple dietary requirements and the owner went above and beyond to make options for us. The room we stayed was very spacious. It is in a quiet neighborhood short drive from Los Christianos in the historical heart of Arona with many traditional houses.

I went to Tenerife for a week of holiday (5-12.02.2023) with my sister. If you don't want to rent a car, you can take a bus 40 from the airport (south) and get of on the El Camison bus stop and from there is less than 5min walk to the apartment. The apartment is again, less than 5min walk to the Las vistas beach which in my opinion is the nicest beach in the South Tenerife. Location is great, you can go for walks on the promenade to Los Christianos or even up north to Costa Adeje. Plenty of shops and restaurant around apartment (Mercadona supermarket reachable in 3min walk). You have access to 2 swimming pools. Apartment itself is very nice, there are 2 beds in the bedroom, which doesn't leave much space, but it wasn't a problem for us. Comfy beds, eifi worked well, kitchen well equipped (but we were just making breakfasts there), tv (there is some channels in English but we also managed to connect to Netflix to watch some movies on the rainy evening), the view from balcony is not amazing, but we were aware of it during time of booking. Also, I found apt to be quiet, but walls are quite thin and sometimes in the morning or lare evening you can hear neighbours. Overall, we were very happy with the stay, Anna is the nicest person, always happy to help and she was texting us during our stay to ask how we are or to provide some tips for places to see, restaurants, etc.
great location for exploring the island - plenty of bus stops - taxis very expensive but no need to use as bus runs until 12.30 Booked trip to medieval banquet - had a great night would go back Night trip to Mount Teide with stargazing a must for adults will be going again on next visit.
Everything you need in Arona.Plenty shops bar’s restaurants.Great weather. So easy to walk around.Few lovely restaurants.Entertainment in la Karina was great. The savoy restaurant meals were excellent.Antonio restaurant loved there steaks.Peking 11 Chinese restaurant was good. Some have good deals on
Tourist focused area. All public amenities are fully accessible catering for all age groups. Police are visible in the evenings. 12 midnight curfew. Streets, beaches and public areas well maintained and cleaned every day. They even remove the seaweed that gets washed up on the beach in the morning. Lively place. Lots of pushy touts on beaches and most beach front restaurants selling sunglasses, beach towels, drinks and massages.
Arona is one of the most attractive places to stay in Tenerife, due to its amazing endless breathtaking sea shores, clean beaches, beautiful 24/7shining streets of a Golden Mile, hundreds of caffes, restaurants, music bars and shopping galleries. It's a 100% surfing Mekka with lots of schools and spots for all level surfers. The city is reach for variety of hotels for every taste and budget. The most beautiful sunsets are also here.
I went to Tenerife to go cycling, and found Arona a great base. Quiet, and away from the hullabaloo of the coastal resorts. If you head inland, the roads are even quieter, and the cycling is wonderful - there are no flat bits, but that was why I went to Tenerife. Great climbing and long sweeping descents, with pine forests or volcanic landscapes. I really enjoyed the area a lot.
The castle harbour is on a very step hill 15 minutes walk (4euro taxis) walking down is ok walking up hill is a challenge. The beaches are lovely and the on site pool and restaurant is very good although they charge for each sunbed and you need a ticket. WiFi is good. View of the pool was very obscured by big trees. Apartments were all generally noisy with lots of things going on around
