Spacious, well-equipped apartment in a beautifully refurbished town house on the main street of a little known pueblo blanco. Silent once the windows were closed and with the AC on we slept brilliantly. Fully working kitchen with a large fridge freezer, microwave and coffee maker. Large shower with great water pressure. Bornos is a friendly small town with everything you need close by - a few very good restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy and a bakery two doors down from the apartment. Very little tourism so it’s great if you like the authentic feeling of being in Spain where people are friendly and the pace of life is relaxing. And it’s a short drive to a beautiful reservoir where you can eat really well or just enjoy a drink at the Embarcadero restaurant. Centrally placed for exploring the province of Cadiz and the pueblos blancos - Arcos de la Frontera, Jerez, Ronda, Ubrique, Grazalema… and only an hour from the coast. Throughly recommended

Amazing experience and I recommend to spend here at least a few days when in Andalucía. Everything was perfect starting from very nice and helpful owner. She was able to answer all our questions and was very understanding when it came to hour of arrival and leaving. House is indescribable. Beautifully designed, having a lot of space with a wonderful patio. Equipped with everything, really everything, you will need. It is situated in a very cozy area, lovely town with a surroundings of lake and mountains.

Hacienda El Santiscal is located 656 feet from the Arcos Reservoir, in Cádiz province. The location was quiet and beautiful. I wish we had booked more than one night.
