The location suited us best as we wanted an overnight stop over between Madrid and Alicante. We were greeted with a smile in spite of checking in at 1.00 am! The Hotel was more than comfortable with good hot breakfast. There is a bar cum restaurant which was open till late at night. The best part part was the covered on site indoor parking.

The staff was very kind and hospitable. They contacted me multiple times to be sure all was ready for our arrival.The vibe is immaculate, very relaxed and relaxing. Unfortunately we didn't have the chance to use the pool but it seemed very sweet. The location is also nice, slightly removed from the central square that can get busier, but still just a few walking minutes from there.

Interesting small Mediaeval town based around the old bull ring. Plenty of restaurants and small cafes and a few attractions. Not over touristy with coach parties About 1 hour from Madrid airport so great for first or last stop on a tour

A little disappointed having spent two days in beautiful...

A little disappointed having spent two days in beautiful Aranjuez, Chinchón just seemed a little depressed plus we felt that its attractions could all be experienced in one full day as opposed to two. We did have a lovely meal in the balcony restaurant, beautiful setting & great food. Chinchon is not for those with mobility issues, narrow, steep & uneven cobbled streets

We really enjoyed the impressive building and facilities.

We really enjoyed the impressive building and facilities. Our satnav unfortunately didn't guide us through the town using the easiest roads and it was quite a nightmare trying to find the Parador. We felt that more road signs to the Parador would be helpful.

Very touristy.

Very touristy. Great location if you need to catch a flight to Madrid. Otherwise, I would never come to this place. Also, I know Bull fighting is a "tradition", but at this point, when are people going to get that this is a CRUEL event that hurts animals. Do not support this stupidity for the sake of "tradition". It is time to wake up. Find another way to be a Macho Man.

The town is small and one day is enough to explore, but has a charm and nice to wander around on foot. Feels like time tripped to the past. It was a bit pity that its castle is closed and fenced with ugly wire net.

Chinchon is a wonderful city just south west of Madrid,...

Chinchon is a wonderful city just south west of Madrid, there is a bus link to the city or you can drive in which takes approx 30 mins, the bull ring with bars and restaurants is a must see, sit outside with a beer and tapa and people watch to your hearts content, the buildings are so nice dating back to the 15th century, take a walk around this wonderful place, you won't be disappointed

Phil was a welcoming, helpful, and charming host. The suite, an excellent bathroom, a very comfortable bedroom and separate sitting room remained cool on very hot days. Breakfast in the internal garden was a treat. Free parking available a few metres away. The apartment is located 200m from the main picturesque placa of Chinchon. A 40 minute easy drive to Madrid airport. Casa San Roque is a wonderful start or finish to a trip in Spain, and a very good base for exploring the surrounding area.

Wow! What a find! Both Chinchon & Casa de las Lias far exceeded our expectations. Our apartment was well equipped & decorated to a very high standard. The balcony was a great spot to enjoy a glass of local wine. Monica, as everyone mentions, is a perfect host - welcoming, friendly & full of information. Her passion for Chinchon is infectious & nothing is too much trouble for her. We will certainly be back for a longer stay!

Exceptionally clean, easy to find, I was able to park right outside ( for free). It's just 10 minutes walking to the Plaza Mayor and the beautiful historic town. The staff were really lovely and the breakfast for just 6€ is great value for money, I can recommend it I stayed here before heading to Madrid airport. The airport is 45 minutes away and not a difficult drive. I was so happy I found this place

Great location (on the main street, 2 min walk to the Plaza Mayor). The room is very clean and had a classic atmosphere. Pretty courtyard view from the window. Had a bath tub. Great cost - quality balance.
