We had a really great stay at this hotel and wanted to highlight just how impressed we were with it. The cleanliness of the rooms was outstanding everything was spotless, and you could clearly see how much effort and hard work the housekeeping team puts in every day. It really made a difference and made the stay much more comfortable. I also want to mention the front desk staff, who were always friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Anytime we needed information or assistance, they were quick to help and made everything easy for us. Another big plus was the swimming pool upstairs, which was a really nice spot to relax. And the location couldn’t be better,the hotel is right in front of the beach, which made it perfect for enjoying the sea and the views. Overall, a fantastic experience thanks to the hardworking staff and great location. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff. Special thanks to Sofia, who had the patience to look for thousands of solutions when the electronic lock of my room was out of battery. Also Carmen and Valentina were very attentive and efficient, when ordering the picnic everyday.

Great hotel and the staff was amazing!!! The location was perfect in the vineyards.

The whole experience and ambiance was terrific and this was enhanced by the wonderful staff who bent over backwards to look after us.

Everything was perfect! The room was great - it had an upstairs area which we really loved. The breakfast was great - it was nice to have, for once the option to choose how we want our eggs cooked. The wines were awesome. The staff was amazing - warm and professional. We felt very welcomed and will surely come again. (The courtyard has a solidified lava area!)

This is our second year at Sol Lanzarote. It’s just such a lovely clean place so close to the beach. The rooms are a good size and cleaned every day. We enjoyed the food and drinks. The entertainment is great for kids and i thought the adult entertainment was good. I loved the water aerobics.

Facilities were spotlessly clean. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were courteous and professional.

Lovely and relaxing in the hotel.

It is perfectly located in Puerto Del carmen. The staff are amazing and cannot do enough to make the trip as enjoyable as possible. The spa treatment was divine. The manager Even went as far as arranging sandwiches for the airport as we had such an early return flight. Special recognition to Jonathon and Sabrina. We will definitely return frequently.

The room was clean and spacious

Although just minutes from beaches and good restaurants, Villa Vik was a beautiful retreat from the hustle bustle of the tourist areas. The staff is friendly, and the rooms are pristine. The grounds are filled with private retreats to read or relax in the sun.

I had an excelente time during my staying. The property is incredible and the staffs are so friendly. Highly recommended if you want to have a great rest

Tranquility peaceful clean lovely food staff amazing good value for money

Hotel Miramar offered a daily delicious breakfast with huge variety of selections such as fresh fruits, assorted breads, eggs, yogurt, cereals and juice. We loved the ocean view from our room & terrace. Sufficient hangers were available in the closet. The location is convenient to restaurants, the history museum, the Intercamiador Bus Station, water front walk, plazas, and tour companies pick up clients in Arrecife for excursions all over the island.

Nice and clean. Staff helpful. Nice to have a bar with food too on site and friendly staff. Beds were comfortable. Nice to have a stove. Walking distance to shops and beach only minutes away.

Nice place, went with a group of friends, entertainment team really enthusiastic, lots of activities to do. All inclusive drinks and food was good proper pints in glass, staff, friendly, and helpful..
