Hotel in Haro
This charming, family-run hotel is in the center of the La Rioja region, with views of the vineyards and town of Briñas. It offers simple rooms with a balcony. The hotel has suffered from the years and needs a refurbishment, but perhaps that is its charm! It is located in a vineyard area very famous for its wine, it is possible to buy bottles of wine directly at the hotel, and there is also a wine museum. The menu has a fixed price and we ate well. The "Spanish" breakfast with "tostada", olive oil and coffee with milk was enriched with warm croissants and fresh orange juice. We asked for sandwiches for the trip and they made us a fantastic "Tortilla con Jamon" and freshly baked warm bread.

The location was perfect, right near the heart of the town and walking distance to everything. The cafe downstairs had delicious food at a fair price, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Hotel in Haro
The stylish and modern ETH Rioja is conveniently located 1.2 mi outside Haro, in Spain's celebrated wine region, La Rioja. Although the hotel is just off the main road and is not the prettiest of buildings, inside it's a delight. There is a bar/restaurant that seemed nice and well frequented but after a 400 mile drive we didn't frequent it. The receptionist was very helpful. The room is quite spacious and well equipped but the bed was a delight. It's very large, probably 2mx2m, very comfortable and with lovely white cotton sheets. The room is almost completely silent. If you want to open the large window you can. The shower is excellent too.

We enjoyed the large studio apartment for spaciousness, the three large windows, well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, a large shower with plenty of hot water and nice living room area. Good location, walk to everything, parking garage nearby, quiet building, very clean. The on-site manager, Victor, was very friendly, with good communication, excellent English spoken.

Hotel Plaza De La Paz, Hotel Arrope, and Eurostars Los Agustinos got great room view-related reviews from travelers in Haro.
We only stayed for one night so we could not see very much but going for a walk around the centre of town there was so much to see it’s such ahistorical town it’s also the wine capital of Rioja and is surrounded with bodegas we are planning a longer stay in the summer
The centre of Haro is full of character and is generally buzzing with people at the cafes and bars in the evening. We were in Haro to visit vineyards and to have wine tastings, which are placed on the outskirts of the town. We visited a restaurant, "Beethoven", for the reknowned lamb, which was delicious. Haro is small enough to be able to see the whole town on foot and makes for an interesting trip.
One of my favorite town in Spain! Amazing scenery, great trekking routes around the wineries, wonderful wines, what else? It's a perfect base to explore the wine making country and worth visiting in four seasons :)
Historical centre of the Rioja region ….attractive centre square and nearby an excellent restaurant with steamed lamb. Sadly the centre run down and younger people have moved out to the suburbs and modern properties
A lovely smart Rioja town. Some fine old buildings cathedral and square. Good variety of cafes bars and restaurants around. The sister hotel ARROPE has a lovely garden for drinks and tapas across from the hotel Los Agostinos. There are a ton of wine outlets to go to at the bottom of town and also off licences You can do mini wine tours and courses in Haro too Haro is very near the motorway AP68 so if travelling you are soon on your way it’s great for a stop over to and from the ferry ports to the UK
Haro is the most convenient place if you a Rioja wine lover as we are. All the big bodegas are in close proximity of each other and even smaller ones are not too far away. The amenities here are also excellent, with many really nice restaurants and bars.

It is a very pretty apartment. We felt very well there and enjoyed our stay. You find everything you need in the apartment, like kitchen things, fridge, a wine fridge and even a bottle of wine!! The beds are comfortable!! They have Netflix! The terrace is the cherry on the cake. We booked 30 min before arriving and they still did their best to come as soon as possible and let us in. The location is also very good! Haro is very cute and the wineries around are definitely worth a visit. We didn't really want to leave!
There was a really big house with a nice garden and a swimming pool. House is good prepared for kids as there is a room for kids to play and the swimming pool. Neighbourhood was nice and quiet with a lot of space to park. If you like wine tasting there are many great vineyards in walking distance (max 20-30 minutes) in Haro. In the basement it was a barbecue and a big table to have lunch or dinner what it is typically called "Txoko".
The location was right in the center of Haro - walking distance to several wineries if it hadn't been raining. And close to some good restaurants the next evening when the weather cleared up! We knew before hand that there were no designated parking space(s) - but the town has a very complicated street parking "system" which should have been explained in our instructions.
Location, location, location. A balcony over the beautiful main square in Haro is definitely the selling point. The room was a reasonable size, very clean, modern and tasteful. WiFi and shower worked very well. Javier on reception was extremely friendly and helpful. It is about a fifteen minutes walk to Estacion de Bodegas, make sure you book a tour a day before.
Haro
Location was very good, in the center of Haro. The views were beautiful and the second bedroom and both bathrooms were spacious. Elevator and building were nice. Plenty of paid parking in front which made it easier to load and unload our suitcases. We moved the car to the free parking (nearby but uphill) afterwards.
Great apartment, very comfortable bed. Very hospitable host who gave us great advice about Haro and visiting the beautiful villages in the vicinity. Location is a few minutes walk into the old square with lots of bars and restaurants. We only had 3 nights and wished we could have stayed longer
The hotel is in the centre of Haro but still only a 15 minute walk from the bodegas if you wish to go wine tasting. It's very comfortable with excellent shower. Highly recommend. Safe parking a five minute walk away.
Haro
A stylish and comfortable stay in a well-outfitted apartment. It is truly right in the middle of Haro, for someone who wants to stay in the heart of this town.
The cloister - great for a relaxing, drink aperitif or Rioja. The restaurant ambiance (relaxing and lovely vaulted ceiling and stone walls).
Very cosy and clean, right at the center of Haro. Victor was very welcoming, helpful and always reachable.
Best location in Haro!
