There was a good variety of food for breakfast: eggs, bacon, sausages, cold meats, cheese, cereal, fruit, pastries and cakes, yoghurt, etc. I didn't go to the spa, so can't comment on it. You can book outdoor activities through the hotel to do nearby, but they may not run if not enough people join. Good space outside to park your car.
