What a fantastic property and hosts! Jean and Sandrine were amazing. Nothing was too hard for them as they provided advice on where to visit, bike rides or whatever. We loved having dinner with them and other guests and the cooking from Sandrine was just wonderful - topped up by the wine that Jean’s co-operative makes. The swimming pool was a wonderful retreat on a hot summer day also!! Breakfast was also lovely.

A very unique experience. It's super interesting to wander around and see the old prison. It's a nice refurbishment, modern but still in keeping with its past. Lovely staff and great location right in the centre of town.

I love this hotel and stay whenever I am visiting family. It is very clean and comfortable and the staff are wonderful. I was visiting a sick relative who had requested freshly squeezed orange juice. When I asked where I might buy some they insisted on providing some for me at no cost to take to them. It was a very kind touch and greatly appreciated. .

We loved our stay at hotel particulier. One night we got lost and the receptionist came to find us! My husband broke his razor and a replacement,with shaving cream was provided with a smile The swimming pool was a delight and cushions were provided for our comfort. Breakfast was first class and fresh orange juice supplied with a smile the room was quiet and bathrobe and slippers were provided in the bathroom. The hotel was close to all amenities. I want to recommend the Bambylor, a great fish restaurant only a few yards away in the same street All in all a lovely week in Béziers. Thanks to everyone at hotel particulier for making our stay so pleasant...

Everything about this hotel is calm and frictionless. Check-in is easy, the staff friendly and professional. The beds are comfy, the rooms are clean. Plant milk is available on request and there are plenty of vegan-friendly options for breakfast. The breakfast was high quality - like they take pride in offering good food. We didn't use the pool but it looked clean and inviting. Our little dog was welcomed and could join us outside for breakfast. They speak English but will humour your attempts at French :)
