I always try to stay at Novotel no matter where I go in the world, because I've never yet had a grumpy staff member. They are always absolutely lovely and this is what's most important to me. And that it has 24 hour front desk. And I know the quality will be awesome. And I always feel safe. Also, because most always have the Creme Brulee on their menu which we LOVE!! Thank you Novotel.

Nice place in a nice location of Annecy. But we came unexpectedly due to a travel issue. We arrived at 2AM and left à 7AM. However the staff was very helpful. Next time I will go to Annecy I will probably go there again.

The Breakfast was amazing and the presentations were very good. The service was top notch . Over all I would stay at this hotel again . It was truly made our stay in Annecy very enjoyable.

The owner was very friendly! The room was clean and nice with an adorable breakfast nook. It was really well located. There was a small restaurant downstairs that belonged to the same owner and the food was excellent !

Lovely hotel with great location

Very beautiful view. For cyclists, it is very well located: near Annecy and near the velo route. The rooms are very comfortable.

Amazing exactly what we needed

Absolutely beautiful and cosy, comfortable bed, very clean, environmentally friendly soaps. They had left a hand written message to welcome us. 6 minutes drive from the magical center of Annecy. Near the highway, very easy to find. Private parking in front of the room. Nit breakfast.

The staff was very helpful and patient as we communicated in a combination of English, French, and Google Translate. We had an Amazon package coming and all of the staff were aware and waiting to receive it, so we were thrilled with their teamwork. The breakfast had many options but was an extra cost. The rooms were small but tidy and clean, really just enough for us.

Mostly I like the calmness and beauty of location. Also, service for stay was unforgettable!

Great facilities with bar, restaurant and games. Super service and cosy. The room is clean and spacey. Not far from old town

The room design, the soft carpet, and the beautiful picture on the wall of the girl skating perfectly reflect the Alps and one of the most popular activities in Annecy in a beautiful way. I also loved the cool air conditioning after staying in hotels without AC, and some that had AC but with very weak cooling. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the room, the quiet atmosphere, the spacious bathroom, and the fact that everything needed was available in the bathroom.

Breakfast was great. Location is amazing. Brand new hotel. Really nice stay.
