United StatesDominique and Jean-Jacques are wonderful hosts. They are genuinely friendly, interesting and interested in their guests. They are present but discreet. The bedding is very comfortable. The room is clean and cozy with everything you could need. Special mention for the amazing breakfast.

We enjoyed a wonderful dinner on the property at La Cafe' de la Fontaine and just can't say enough wonderful things about it... service, presentation and quality of food, wine pairing and ambiance, all Fabulous!

Our room was lovely, and we enjoyed relaxing in our private terrace outside our room. Breakfasts were wonderful as were lunches, and dinners were outstanding. The owner and staff were friendly, helpful, and highly professional. It is a gem.

Roussillon is a lovely medieval town but for me the main attraction is the Ochre trail, which is very beautiful, interesting and a good walk. For anyone with mobility issues the ups and downs of the route may be too much of a challenge.

The little town is charming with lots of shops and great restaurants. We did the Ochres Walk which allowed us to see the gorgeous ochre cliffs and spectacular scenery. We walked through the cemetery where we saw ornately decorated burial sites. People were friendly and there were lots of visitors to the small town.

Roussillon is a charming hill town with a quaint old town, quality shops and beautiful views out over the valley below. The Ochre Trail is interesting, and there are nice restaurants in town. We were there for the market day on Friday, which was nice. We were there in mid-May, and it was not too crowded.

Definitely rent a car from the airport and try and do it...
Definitely rent a car from the airport and try and do it straight through your airline. It’s very hard to get a taxi though I believe there is uber. Having a car means you can visit Gordes and other local towns and markets.

It was an excellent location to explore the villages in the area including Roussillon. Please note however, that it is not situated in any town, but in a lovely forested area near many beautiful villages.

The old property was, we think, a farmhouse.
The old property was, we think, a farmhouse. There was no a/c. 40 decrees day. Night too hot. Many door & windows wouldn't open for ventilation. Bathroom glass door panel was seriously cracked, as was panel on shower wall. Dangerous. Some elec. points old and loose. No tv. but didn't mind. Host, Christine, couldn't have been more helpful. Good breakfasts. Lovely location. Peaceful and quiet.

The hotel was very comfort, quiet and secure. The hosts were fantastic, ready to satisfy any needs or wants. We had dinner and food was sensational, didn’t have breakfast but it looked top notch as well. I highly recommend this hotel, the hosts, the food and the hotel was absolutely top class.

The host were super friendly, reachable and helpful. Loved the location, no noise at night, perfect for good sleep. Roussillon is easily reachable by foot (15’). Very clean apartment too and fully equipped kitchen (with Teflon pans in perfect condition!). Thank you!

This really was one of the best apartments I have ever stayed in. The balcony overlooking the Luberon is stunning. You are right in the middle of Roussillon. A well stocked kitchen meant we were able to buy locally and cook some wonderful food.

The hotel is located directly across the road from a carpark on the outskirts of of the old town, it is very easy to access with your car, and to walk up into the old town. The pool was great for the extremely hot days. Lots of attentive staff.
