We liked pretty much everything. Spacious house and garden with beautiful barbeque (proper outdoor fireplace). 3 bedrooms, large living room and kitchen. The big enough dining table and outdoor sitting area was excellent. The host, Ignace, was very attentive and helpful. You definitely need a car to live here to do shopping and the groceries. Very safe area and really comfortable inside the house when it's hot outside.

The location is not too far from the motorway which was ideal for our requirements. We received a friendly welcome from Carole which after a very long drive was much needed, she explained everything very clearly to us and offered to help in many different ways. From arriving at Les rives de Port Neuf, everything was amazing! Laurent, the host was on the end of the phone to deal with my arrival, Lionel then arrived and was brilliant along with the lady in company with him. Friendly, relaxed and full of a chuckle! The house is seriously right on the banks of the Dordogne, so tranquil you are relaxed as soon as you arrive. Laurent was then above and beyond, a great friendly approach making you feel a guest and not a paying customer! The house itself has everything you need, is amazingly comfortable and I would highly recommend this accommodation to all! Great job!
