    We reached the property at night and received a call from...

    We reached the property at night and received a call from the host prior, who was very friendly. Once we reached the property, we weren't able to locate the exact apartment nor find the right parking lot. Thanks to a neighbour who helped in getting us to the property and also advised us to park in one of parking allotted space whichever is free.

    Very much ‘budget’.

    Very much ‘budget’. No air conditioning at night (started up in morning). Bed hard as a rock. WiFi not connecting to internet. Basic TV channels with no foreign language service. No tea/coffee making facilities. Was a Plus that windows opened on a hot night. Staff courteous, some with English. No where near airport. Did offer free pickup one way only. Took an age to arrive. Not close to rail station either. Would not stay there again

    Convenient location at a very reasonable price.

    Convenient location at a very reasonable price. We were able to buy groceries and prepare some meals at "home" in the apartment. Everything was very clean. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

    I liked that it was very closed to Basel, Strasbourg, Colmar...

    I liked that it was very closed to Basel, Strasbourg, Colmar,, Bern and Freiburg, wich me and my family had visited with a hired car. I did not liked the noise in the nights, form the airplanes (the airport is also near), but I still have slept ok.

    I'm not a lover of big cities in any case.

    I'm not a lover of big cities in any case. This place may be strategically located for the airport, but the area seems very impersonal - all high-rise apartment blocks with no character. I would avoid this area in the future, however. In fact, the door to the flat we rented had been visibly forced so I imagine that the crime rate is quite high in the area.

    Saint-Louis itself does not have much to offer but the city...

    Saint-Louis itself does not have much to offer but the city is only a short distance by bus and tram to nearby Basel (a more expensive place to stay). It is also much closer than Mulhouse to the Basel-Mulhouse airport.

    The staff were friendly with good language skills. The free early morning shuttle to the airport was gratefully accepted and very useful. The location in the centre of the city is great and it is a short walk from the railway station. The hotel was very quiet and clean, and the bed was comfy.

    Spotlessly clean, very comfortable apartment with everything you need. Short walk into Saint Louis which has several nice restaurants although you need to book. We didn’t book so headed for the Chinese buffet which was excellent. Fab Boulangerie just round the corner for breakfast.

    Very nice accommodation with equipped kitchen, close to Basel, good location, warm welcome by the hotel staff, good value of money, I enjoy the stay there a lot. My first stay in France indeed but close to Switzerland which I visited. Thank you.

    If you want to visit Basel but not pay the Swiss accommodation prices this place is perfect. It's located in Saint Louis, 5 minutes walk from a station and tramline which take you into Basel.
