The women at the reception when i checkin was very polite and helpful!! I’am sorry that I couldn’t catch her name.

Late check-in. The website says it, but exceptions should be made. I went to ask to do an early check-in, and everything was closed.

Exceptional customer service that cared about our messages and did their best.

The location was great, I needed it for the train station

Comfortable near to motorway, friendly staff and clean

Everything was fantastic. Perfect location close to the bus station and train station. It's also a step away from the local bus to Biarritz and a five minute walk from the bus station to get to Biarritz airport. The staff was super friendly and the club was such a great touch. Access to water, coffee, and snacks 24/7 is lovely.

I arrived very late and front desk person was incredibly helpful in offering me food and wine, breakfast was amazing.

Enjoyable stay, great location, confortable room, friendly staff.

Amazing location, close to a surf beach in a calm residential area, a great place to relax

We love visiting Bayonne and this property is in the perfect location with secure parking just across the street. The room was excellent and comfortable. The staff were warm and friendly. I highly recommend.

It's 5 min walk to thé city center, on a river bank, but with super confortable access by car. They have private closed parking. Bar/restaurant/bakery is 2 min far from the hotel. Staff is nice , multilingual and helpful. They offer long stay until 16h at a good price. we liked everything - the swimming pool area, calm spacious family room, the quietness and comfortable bed.

We had the most amazing room at the end of the hall with windows we could open and overlooked a forested area. Listened to the rain it was great !

Really pleasant hotel and staff, very good value for the money.

Room design, breakfast, friendly & accomodating team, lovely lobby bar

The location was fantastic, right next to the canal, and the hotel is in a historic building which adds to the overall charm of the stay. Check in was very easy, and the host was very kind as well. The room was large and sunny (facing the street) with high ceilings. It was well decorated, with nice details.

The check in was great. The desk agent was super and very nice. We felt so welcome. Best hotel on our tour around France

Very good location, many restaurants around to choose from. The scenery around the area was quite nice also. Room was comfortable with very clever storage solutions.

Very convenient location, nice restaurant, good selection of food

The hotel was in the middle of the old city in a very old building. Care was needed on the old stairs but they carried out luggage up to our room for us. The owners were helpful with information and the breakfast was great. We stayed two nights and would have liked to stay longer.

Room clea, bed comfortable, farley easy to find, plenty of parking

The guy in the reception is very helpful and accommodating. He speaks English and French.

Breakfast was great. Many choices. Big breakfast room. The bus services this area but you have to walk about 10 minutes to get there. Not very good for people with lots of baggage but easy if you just have a backpack.
