1-The furniture was new. 2-15 minutes by car to the nearest supermarket , 30 minutes to nearest city ( Chambéry) 3-The property was between fruity farms ,very quiet & cozy . 4- the garden was big & private.

For us it was a perfect stay after a long day driving from France to Italy. Convenient parking for motorbike. Good restaurant, so we could enjoy our evening without leaving the hotel. Good breakfast

The hotel is being renovated. Upgraded rooms were comfortable with the minimum needed. The electric radiator was providing enough heating and the windows together with the blinds was perfectly protecting us from the road traffic. The hotel is of very good value for accessing the ski resorts or mountains nearby. The breakfast was a welcome plus even though the choice of food and beverage was more limited. But for the asked price the stay was of really good value.

The property has an astonishing view of the Alps. The terrace and the large window from the living room offer a fantastic view. 10 is not enough as rating for this property. It is really an exceptional house. The internal architecture, the combination of modern technology with the wooden beams, and the spacious rooms make this property an exceptional one.
