Room was very modern, well decorated and bed was very comfortable. My room was on the top floor but the staff were kind enough to help me carry my suitcase up. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and the food was also excellent.

Met our lovely owner/hostess and immediately put us at ease and gave us relevant info on the local area and made us feel so welcome. We had beautiful homemade fresh breakfasts on both mornings that set us up for the day. Our room/bed was very comfortable and relaxing.

A peaceful area.

A peaceful area. Although the hotel was going through a change in management and there was a strong presence of maintenance staff this didn't disturb our stay. The breakfast was lovely, and although the kitchen was closed for evening meals due to maintenance I'm sure it will a great place to have dinner. The room we stayed in was a good size and comfortable. There's plenty to see in the surrounding area, so a good place to base yourself

A beautiful picturesque place.

A beautiful picturesque place. Beautiful countryside and near to Carterton which has a fabulous local pub called The Beehive, where we had some food which was lovely. Also had cocktails in the local bar called Grapes and Tomatoes. Outstanding service, drinks and fabulous night out! We loved our stay at The Vines, the breakfast was second to none! By far the best breakfast I've ever had at a B&B. Fabulous friendly, welcoming staff and a lovely place to stay. I would definitely, without hesitation return when visiting the area again.

Where to start. The people that run the hotel Ian and his other half Camilla were wounderful. They were two people that any person would love to meet. We felt like we were part of the family. Breakfast was great very filling. the room was clean and comefy every facility one would wish for. A great place to stay and with easy access to a lot of places to visit keep you very interested.

A very nice small hotel in a quiet and lovely village setting. Friendly staff, good food, we had dinner one night and the Italian good presented was truly excellent. Breakfast good too. Nice bar and dining area, outside patio area too. Room was small but big enough for two and comfortable. All in all, a nice stay in a comfortable friendly hotel.
