The guest house is a family run home. We were made to feel very welcome. The daughter, Jade, went above and beyond expectations to make us feel so comfortable. The room had tea and coffee and a little fridge with milk. A few minutes away from the house there was a lovely garden centre where we were able to have breakfast. All the rooms offer bunk beds as well as a double bed so families could stay.

The staff went out of their way to make this place an unforgettable stay! That includes an early start for a ferry on our last night, where a member of staff called Susan even provided us with a breakfast to take with us on the road! You won’t find that level of customer service very often!

Easy access to the New Forest. A good choice of local pubs.

Easy access to the New Forest. A good choice of local pubs. A convenience store was a 5 minute drive away. The location was semi rural - there were busy roads nearby with convenient links to motorway and the rest of the South Coast.

The delicious food, friendly staff & beautiful gardens were excellent. The location was perfect for walking & driving distance to Lyndhurst. The room could do with upgrading a little but was otherwise cosy, clean & comfortable.

It was a really wunderfull place from which we could visit all the spots at the amazing National Park New Forest. Hostess Linda was very kind, helpfull and she even took care of some breakfast for us. Next to the beautiful site it is very comfortable and complete. We certainly come back here! Don’t forget to visit Beaulieu, Lyndhurst and the beautiful Bucklers Hard. There is a nice pub and good food!
