Our room that we always have 127 is ideal for us and our furbaby neve its a lot quiter where we are also the staff are excellent Demi on reception was extremely helpful and I thank her for all what she did to accommodate our stay then we have Olivia who was also lovely and helpful then you have summer who was behind the bar and also lovely and helpful and then Jan the housekeeper who made our room lovely that is why we keep coming back we try and get there 3 times a year the food again was excellent especially the breakfast it was really busy as there was 2 big functions on so 100% I give to them all thank you for making our 3 days special 😊 xx

Friendly staff and excellent breakfast. Monin coffee syrups at the breakfast buffet coffee made the start of the day just a bit better.

I was a bit worried about the stay but all my worries went as soon as I stepped in the door. Amazing!

Lovely hotel, nice room and fantastic breakfast. Forgot that there isn't a lift, not easy when you are travelling from overseas with 2x 20kg suitcases. Our bags were bought up to our room but had to take them down as only restaurant staff on duty at breakfast time.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was clean and spotless. all facilities are clean as well and very convenient. The location is excellent.

Very comfortable beds and a good relaxing stay. Breakfast was also very nice, full English fry up and additional free of charge things like muffins if I wanted them too, which I did have! Will stay again.

It felt like home. There were comfy beds and all we needed in the rooms.: hairdryers, irons, umbrellas, shower gel, body lotion.. . We especially loved the pub with its quaint wooden partitions and floors . The dried hops hanging from the ceiling added to the authentic Kent experience. . Our meal there on Sunday night was really good as was our daily full English breakfast. They were happy to cater for vegetarians, too. But the thing I would most like to emphasize is that all the staff without exception were extremely helpful and pleasant .

Right in centre of town, very comfy bed. Staff were very friendly. Room had good breeze from open windows and pedestal fan. Bathroom spacious with bath and shower, lovely and hot.

Everything. Comfy, clean, come n go as you like, car park, friendly staff

Perfect location on leaving Le Shuttle. Staff were incredibly friendly and the food was delicious
