Kilmuir Park offers accommodation in Dunvegan on the Isle of Skye. The en suite rooms come with a flat-screen TV and tea and coffee making facilities. The property is definitely excellent. You can easily see or feel the thoughtful design of the room and the facilities provided/COVID arrangement. The breakfast is above superb. The bed is also super comfortable and soo big that you can roll a few arounds and still not falling off from it. The location might seem a little bit far from Portree on map but it definitely worth to stay there as there are some lovely restaurants nearby and cafe as well.

Don’t know where to start…the whole stay from start to finish was just fantastic. The view from the bedroom was to die for and such a peaceful relaxed atmosphere. It was spotless, room and bed were so comfortable and the shower is on another level. The set up is perfect, especially given the current restrictions. Breakfast was superb and a fantastic view to sit and enjoy the morning from the dining room. Angie gave us a lovely warm welcome and her local knowledge is fanatic. Absolutely nothing negative to say at all.

Normally I don’t write reviews but this stay was amazing. All in all it was a fab stay!
Wonderful little town with so many gems if you take the time to explore! Check out the Angus McCaskill museum for some quirky entertainment; the School House for a wonderful, hearty meal; Dunvegan Castle for a fantastic history lesson and some great walking paths; Two Churches walk up to the standing stone; and Misty's for a quick bite and some ice cream. Easy-to-walk town with friendly people.
Dunvegan is in a beautiful area of Skye and centrally located with easy access to the Cullins, and Portree. The weather was rainy most of the visit but we still managed to have a wonderful time and see the sights.
Dunvegan is in the North of the island, perfect for visiting Dunvegan castle, the coral beaches, Neist Point light house, carbost and the talisker distillery. Plenty of walks in and around the area. One negative is the state of the roads....beware! Potholes are everywhere
Dunvegan suffering a wee bit like many places from lack of staff making some hotels ,restaurants having to reduce opening hours but dont let that put you off as always somewhere open . It will get better as more tourists arrive ,our trip was very much at the end of a very strange summer season .We have stayed in the area many times and will most certainly return before too long .
Beautiful spot! The Dunvegan Castle was just down the road and must not be missed. The gardens are spectacular and the views amazing. The history of the castle is interesting and the tour around the inside was made more enjoyable because of the tour guides. We ate at several places. Most enjoying the Old School. The Dunvegan Hotel was also great food at a reasonable price. Local produce made this restaurant special. Always make sure you book a table well in advance or you may be disappointed. The Edinbane Inn does a fab Sunday Lunch and we also ate there one evening. 20 minute drive from Dunvegan but worth it.
Dunvegan is lovely, it has what you need for a short stay with shops and cafes etc. Lovely loch, a fine castle and The Stein Inn in Waternish will receive a Michelen Star, as the owner is Paul Rankin, book in advance for that one
Kilmuir Park was a confortable, homely space in an idyllic setting. The hosts Ian and Christine were welcoming and informative about the local area. They provided delicious options for breakfast which was served in a room with views of the beatiful Isle of Skye countryside spreadig into the distance. We loved our stay herer and only wished we had booked more days. Hopefully we can return.
Hillside was an amazing place to stay for a break on Skye. The property was ideal for two people, lovely and modern and clean. The owners were nice enough to get some groceries in for us as we were travelling on motorbikes and were super helpful giving us the information we needed and helping us out with any issues. It was a lovely homely place to stay and we were very sad to leave.
The location was perfect for seeing Skye. There are only 4 pods and they are well spaced so you had privacy. They are situated in a wooded area with a little stream, very tranquil each pod has its own private decking and a picnic table. Inside they have everything you need and all the facilities are modern and immaculate. Everything is clean and parking is perfect.
Angie is simply the loveliest hostess ever! She helped us find our way around Dunvegan, made sure we had everything we needed in our room, and also booked our dinner at a nearby, very popular restaurant. The setting in this place is stunning and also serene. I felt like we were at the end of the Earth and were also sheltered and comfortable.
This was a really fun home in which to stay. The home was decorated in a lovely way. It was clean, open, and had a ton of windows and light. The kitchen was fully equipped. The common areas were spacious. Bathrooms updated and well appointed. We would stay again if ever back in Skye.
The location was amazing with very nice pastoral views and close to the primary sites around Dunvegan, Fairy Pool and town. Breakfast was amazing too. Fresh baked breads as well as cookies and Catarina even makes her own delicious organic granola.
Excellent location if you are looking for a peaceful place to stay. I found John and Karen helpful and attentive. The cabin was comfortable and very clean. I would highly recommend this place if you are planning on staying in Skye.
Great stay at Skye Eco Bells, the cabin and communal areas were very clean, lovely comfortable bed, hot shower and well equipped kitchen. Would highly recommend! Perfect location for switching off and reconnecting with nature.
It was very quite and cozy stay! Our host welcomed us with a gorgeous dog Roger. Amazingly clean and pretty house in very safe area. I would recommend to anyone who goes to skye :)
The location was fine and well sited for the visit to Skye and close to a couple of food places. Close to Dunvegan castle and just off the main road so quiet and peaceful.
Very clean and quiet. Comfortable bed. Very delicious breakfasts. Friendly hosts with good information about area. Very central position to explore rest of Skye.
We liked the homey feel to the hotel and that we could have happy hour and even dinner at the hotel.
