The place is very nice and the room was great. Had great beds and a huge bathroom with a great shower. The place is a pub with rooms so obviously the food and drink were great. The breakfast was also amazing with lovely staff that served with a smile. Thank you to all the staff, your friendly and helpfull attitude is amazing and made my day :) If I return to the area this is my first choice to stay again.

Great location to Paulton Park. Staff were very very pleasant. Breakfast was reasonable and the bed was very comfortable

We very much appreciate the possibility to come with dogs and the great behaviour of all the staff. There is also a garden where dogs can be let loose.

We arrived at the property and were told locks had been damaged so we couldn’t stay there. Found us a replacement but we couldn’t check in till midnight as the cleaners were struggling because of the heat When we eventually got given key safe codes there were no keys in there

I did like everything from the friendly staff to the room and the location i definitely recommend it.

Nice and quiet in the room. As I was alone the staff made sure I was ok. The bed was comfortable and relaxing, with clean sheets.

Location for us was perfect going on a cruise and to explore Southampton. The hotel all around is really good and the staff are really friendly and helpful. One thing I have to recommend 100% is the restaurant at the hotel Atlantic Gate. The seafood was just amazing and the service was excellent.

Fabulous location in the marina and a short stroll from the inner Solent - perfect for watching the docks and cruise liner arrivals and departures

The rooms were very clean and spacious, and we had spectacular views, I had a full body hot stone massage performed by Angelica, Angelica was really good, she had amazing massage techniques and had very good customer service skills. Thank you very much, Angelica 😊

The toilet in my room smelt and appeared blocked i was moved into another room no problem. Good breakfast great staff

First-class service and very attentive and well-trained staff. The hotel manager makes careful selections. A nice young man at the reception is particularly friendly and accommodating. his name is Ovidiu. He takes care of all guests' worries and has a calm and positive way of inspiring people, so they'll want to return. I hope the hotel manager passes on this praise to the staff. I Already booked 2 weeks in August. Thank you very much.

The accommodation is all about customer experience and satisfaction. Very thoughtful, artfully designed, comfortable and best of all historic. Food was creative and delicious.

I was immediately welcomed with a smile, and the staff did their best to make my stay comfortable 😊 The place is very stylish and well kept, the rooms are very well equipped with all the necessities and their lobby area is super cozy.

This was one of the best hotels we ever stayed. The price was 76.50£ which is great.(At the same price in London you get a rubbish hotel and parking is difficult.) The room was huge, 2 double beds and one single ..The lighting was ample and plenty of 3 pin sockets to charge your devices. Seems to be very popular with the cruise crowd.The breakfast was excellent hot freshly made English cooked breakfast served at the table. ..which very rare nowadays. Paking was ample.. All the staff were extremely friendly and polite. Will certainly be coming back many more times.
