United KingdomFabulous location and so many wonderful eateries close by. The host was very flexible and a real plus having a car parking space. Lots of space for a family and large sofas and TV. My kids loved the freedom of being able to walk to the shops. The area is very safe.

Great location, out of town but a short drive in (with lots of parking available in Epping) and close to the motorway. The atmosphere is very relaxed, with the continental breakfast available at any time.
Des was really helpful, telling us about the local area and events. He was very friendly and accommodating and really made our stay.

Everything, the FM is one of the best hotels I have stayed in for ages, and trust me, I've stayed in a few, from being warmly greeted in a delightful bar area, being shown to my room, the room itself, everything was first class, and unfortunately for them, they now have a customer for life....yes...it was that good 15/10

Lovely accommodation!! Right next to Epping high street but secluded down a private road. House is quiet, well maintained and equipped, clean and comfortable. Was visiting family in the area, and would 100% book again the next time I visit!

Loved the quirkyness of the building and location being so central in Epping. Really comfy beds and very well equipped in all areas. Plenty of space for all 6 of us to eat, sleep and relax.
