The staff were excellent. They were welcoming, attentive and nothing was too much trouble including corresponding helpfully after we had left regarding lost property. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Bathroom facilities were modern and well organised. The supplied bathroom products were lovely. Breakfast offered a wide range of tasty choices and was well set out.

Everything! From start to finish the staff was kind, friendly, attentive and exceedingly helpful. The room was perfect; nice, updated and comfortable. The English breakfast was delicious. Coffee was superb. It was in an ideal spot for our next day cruise. I would go back there any time!!! Thank you Ennios!

What did I like? Everything. The hotel and its location, cleanliness, restaurants. And last but not least the staff. They helped me a lot to recover my lost luggage, I was leaving on a cruise the next day, and the entire team at the hotel was at the highest level. Helen, Patricia, Stefan, many thanks. We liked the location and the staff. The beds were dreadful.

We liked the location and the staff. The beds were dreadful. Hard, old feeling springs. No idea how anyone survives a summer stay, there is no Air-con. Staff provided an electric fan otherwise we'd never have slept. Restaurant not open during our stay but The Bugle across the street had great food and friendly staff. We had breakfast every morning at Jenny's up the street

Just STOP keeping on about this. I have given you a review, but you just can't shut up pesteing for more and more. I have nothing more to say and quite honestly, if I could have booked the hotel in any other way, I would certainly NOT have used your service and will not in the future either.

The village of Hamble was literally around the corner (yes,...

The village of Hamble was literally around the corner (yes, we walked!)and we had choices for an evening meal, Thai, good pub food etc. In addition there is an excellent Co-op which was well stocked and open late.
