Perhaps the drawback was the fact that the restaurant for breakfast was in another building next door which meant going outside in the street for a very short walk. A large number of umbrellas were available, however! The breakfast itself was excellent and the rooms were well decorated, also to a high standard.

Small but very attractive village centre with a few small shops, pubs, cafe and pasty shop. Right on the River Hamble with lovely views across the water. Pink foot passenger ferry good for visiting Warsash.

We liked the location and the staff. The beds were dreadful.
We liked the location and the staff. The beds were dreadful. Hard, old feeling springs. No idea how anyone survives a summer stay, there is no Air-con. Staff provided an electric fan otherwise we'd never have slept. Restaurant not open during our stay but The Bugle across the street had great food and friendly staff. We had breakfast every morning at Jenny's up the street

Just STOP keeping on about this.
Just STOP keeping on about this. I have given you a review, but you just can't shut up pesteing for more and more. I have nothing more to say and quite honestly, if I could have booked the hotel in any other way, I would certainly NOT have used your service and will not in the future either.
