Good central location close to theatres, restaurants and takeaways. Train station about a 10 minute walk away. A wide choice of breakfast options. Lunch and Dinner menus looked very tempting and reasonably priced also. The bar is cosy and well stocked with a much better choice of real ale than the local Wetherspoons. A separate downstairs area has a pool table, dart board and Sky Sports etc.
The bedroom had a hairdryer and even an iron!

Kempsey was on the main road from Worcester city so easy to find. Not told until after we booked that breakfast was not available but that would not be a problem. The room was not clean especially the carpet required vacuuming and the shower need looking at because the temperature was erratic going from hot to very hot to cold. Will not stay again, very disappointed.

A small village in the Severn Valley only 3 miles from Worcester. Lovely Church with access available via a very deep ford for exciting driving, Dry route alternative available when the Severn Valley is flooded, an increasingly common event as Global Warming rises.
Many village pubs and a mini supermarket
Poor local bus service but a taxi into Worcester wouldn't break the bank.
Well placed for touring Worcestershire and Herefordshire
Junction for M5 is only about 5 miles away
