This was a great little English inn and the owners, Sonia and Ian were probably the best hosts that i have ever come across. They could not do enough to help us when they found out that we had booked the wrong accommodation in the wrong place. We only stayed one night but the food and our room where excellent..

We liked the way the staff were very friendly. The place was clean even though they were doing renovations. Restaurant and Bar staff were very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. They were happy to chat when not busy. The breakfast was really nice. Lots of choice and very well prepared. Tasted delicious.The Receptionist on the evening we arrived gave us some history of the Hotel which was interesting. We will be going back to stay as it is also a good base for the area. We really enjoyed our stay.

The room was wonderfully big. The bath was fantastic, deep enough to have a decent bath. Staff were kind and helpful.

Just came back from a stay here. The place is lovely. staff are great and they take great care of your little doggies too.The food is beautiful will definitely return. As a none driver there are bus stops just down a small bank which is very handy. There is also a woodland area across the roads to walk your dogs.
