Staff was accommodating and friendly. The decor is eclectic and the beds are very comfortable. Loved the layout of the Four Poster room. It offered a space for everyone in our family to relax. Only a short walk to the train station. I highly recommend this place.

It was an incredibly well fitted room; a fridge is always a bonus, as are real glasses. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel really special. Literally 5 minutes walk from the train station, and 5 minutes back into the centre of York, but it was so quiet on the street itself. We really couldn't have hoped for a better place to stay.
