It is located in a quiet area on the outskirts of Inverness and easy to find. Plenty of parking at the hotel. The suite at the top has plenty of room with lots of natural daylight and views looking towards Inverness. The bed was large and comfy and the room was definitely warm enough. Hubby loved that there was a decent sized tv 😂 The staff were super friendly and couldn't do enough at breakfast time.

The beauty of this small estate is intoxicating. The surrounding small gardens are exquisite, and the terrace overlooks the distant landscape. Each room has a small ensuite where our family enjoyed our afternoon tea time. It was very relaxing.
The delicious breakfast the next day was also very hearty, with a small buffet and make orders from kitchen very tasty breakfast.

Fantastic base to see the north Highlands and minutes from Inverness. Would definitely recommend it. Beautiful views. A pub and restaurant a bit expensive but very welcoming. A coffee shop, convenience store and little arts and crafts store there.
