Location was outstanding across from a park,a museum and a castle. The staff and food at both restaurants was fabulous.

Nice location, with bus stops right outside and down the street, easy to get to from the city center. Easy to check in and out, clean room and lovely breakfast. On the day of my checkout I had to leave before breakfast startet, but they had packed me an express breakfast that I collected from reception at 6am.

The staff were super friendly and we really appreciated their help! Plenty of places nearby to eat.

The lodge is very comfortable, clean and spacious. The location is within walking distance to bus stop and very convenient. Staffs are and helpful too (the reception is 24 hours). The price is pretty good and high value to money. Highly recommend to travellers who visit Glasgow!

The place is very beautiful and classic. If you are into these kinds of hotel themes, I definitely recommend it. Also, the staff were very helpful, polite, and professional, and I look for it in every hotel I travel to. The breakfast was nice too and delicious. My rooms were clean & tide. The services were great and fast, I asked for a room with a view & they provided quickly, this alone is enough for me to come back again to this hotel if I travelled in the future. Highly recommended 👌

Helpful staff to accommodate the need of my stay. The location is central to Glasgow, with easy access to national rail. Go by foot, we were able to reach the west end, SEC, and city centre with ease, all under half an hour of walk time. The room was very quiet.

We were fortunate to have a really friendly and helpful colleague to assist us throughout our stay. Her name was Shannon. She gave us the utmost excellent service, making sure we have a comfortable stay for a week in the hotel. "Nakal" Nick was exceptional too. Overall, it was a delightful stay. John and his staff were so lovely and couldn't do enough for us. It's really one of the nicest places we ever stayed. Will definitely be back.
