Lovely Georgian building, it was very hot and sunny in our lovely room but the staff were able to give us another cooler room. Great gardens and outdoor space.

I liked the location a lot. It's outside the city so it's not very busy around. It has a pub (restaurant) next to it, 2 minutes walk, and a supermarket (ASDA) and petrol station. So you have all you need around. The room has a kettle with coffee or tea and water to drink. It also has a hair dryer, air conditioning. Very comfortable bed and good pillows.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the shower was good with a fixed head and an adjustable head. Water was hot with plenty of pressure. Appreciated having free parking on site. Staff upon arrival were friendly and helpful. Breakfast on the second morning was very good, but see below.

    Rackheath is within easy reach of Norwich and The Broads. The countryside is lovely and we saw pheasants and a kestrel very near the property. We especially enjoyed taking a boat tour of the Broads from the pretty village of Horning, only a few minutes away by car.
