Incredible place within minutes of the M6 junction - exactly what we needed for a stopover while touring. We arrived later than hoped for but were still greeted warmly and shown to our 'New Zealand' style room which is an extension to the garage so very private. Had a great night's sleep and in the morning were treated to a great breakfast with lots of variety (cereals, breads, croissant, cooked, etc..) that was well prepared / presented.

Have stayed at this hotel 3 times now. A good location for access to places of interest. As well as Sandbach there are other attractive small towns locally. Very good Farm activity child friendly attractions nearby, Wheelock Hall farm was excellent. Jodrell Bank observatory is great for a good family day out. Hotel is within easy reach of Knutsford and Tatton Park. There’s a train station with parking in Holmes Chapel to get into Manchester easily. Overall a very good location.
We got there just before they closed due to a late running of a ferry from the Isle of Man, so sadly we could not sample their food and as we did not have breakfast either we couldn't sample that either. The beds, though, were excellent and we both 'slept like a log' !! The staff, too, were really helpful and did an excellent job - WELL DONE to them as well!! Disliked · Other people staying at the hotel could have been told to be quieter when moving about in the early morning as they woke me up when I was still very tired. Other than that, everything was great.
The accommodation is just right if you’re using it as a base from which to explore the area or visit family, as I was. Very peaceful at night, the bed was very comfortable and linen spotlessly clean; I slept so well!! Then I had a gorgeous hot power shower in the morning to wake me up! Car parking is excellent as is the night access if you’re having a late night as I did!! Breakfast is not included but is inexpensive and was very substantial - I didn’t need lunch! The friendly and caring bar & cleaning staff all deserve a mention too, thank you all of you.
The room, food (both evening meal and breakfast), staff excellent and so friendly and helpful - they are a credit to the hotel. Only negative is the parking, as limited and hotel was busy, so did struggle, but was lucky. But we are going back again !!!!
This place is tired and in view of current covid times I feel door handles etc show way too much ingrained dirt - I’m not convinced that hygiene is being adhered too . Staff in general are so lovely however the lady this morning even began to say that the reason why the croissants were the way they were, ie inedible, was because they needed eating straight away - it was part of a breakfast so I was hardly going to put my cereal to one side whist I ate the croissants and then etc!! The bread was not sourdough - tbh we’ve stayed here many times but we won’t return
The pod we stayed in was immaculate. The beds we comfy and the showering facilities very good. Lovely big screen TV and outside patio dining area. A small fridge was an added bonus. A friendly atmosphere by all the staff made us feel relaxed. Was great to get away for this short break after lock down. Breakfast was great and checking out was easy. Wish we'd had stayed longer
Sandbach
There are lots of choices for foods and drinks. We found their foods not only delicious but also of "American" sizes! Compared with the lunch we had at the Italian restaurant on the other side of the street, the dinner in the hotel is much better for money! We will definitely return!
Sandbach
Did not stop for breakfast as i left early next morning, The accommodation was ideal for me as i was meeting some friends in Sandbach, I would stay there again if in that area
