Staff member were extremely friendly, and welcoming with us. They also give us advice on our trip to Cranfield University, especially on which bus we have to take. They are available any time, even if you arrive late so it is quite comfortable, rooms were super clean as well ! And the welcoming cocktail and the breakfast were amazing ! If you are searching an hotel in MK don't hesitate anymore ! This is the one you need :) !

The staff were great. All friendly and helpful especially those in the dinning room at all times. Thoughtful, interesting, caring. There was the possibility to recycle paper, plastic and glass all in the foyer for the lodge. The room was a good size and comfortable. Might be good to have a bar fridge (not stocked) especially if you are staying longer - we stayed a week. Although the restaurant will be opening in the evening in the future so perhaps it isn't so important. Hopefully a fan would be available in summer but that is probably all you'd need. Looking forward to staying again.

I was looking for hotels in Northampton and the add for Mitchell Hall popped up. I booked thinking it is in Northampton, but Mitchell Hall was 30 minutes away from Northampton. It felt like false advertisement. Other than that, my stay was awesome! The room was very nice and bed very comfy. The food was very delicious. And the manager on shift was very helpful and accomodating and helped me by explaining how I can get to Northampton by bus if I needed to, as I drove my car. He was quick to resolve any issues, and also let me borrow a HDMI cable during my stay! Great manager!

There are a lot of facilites available, the property is huge, everyone can make good use of it. The breakfast was delicious, great variety for people with different allergies as well!
