The room was clean and ready when we arrived. My sister and I were made very welcome. We stayed during the heatwave and they somehow managed to buy a fan for our room. The rooms are above a pub but it was not too noisy at all. The location was perfect for me. We came and went as we pleased. We stayed for a week and we were calling it home after 2 days.

We were travelling by narrowboat from Gayton Marina to Cosgrove for a family 80th birthday, with many celebrations at different venues on the way. We loved the convenience, the communication with the staff, the building, the decor, the facilities and the breakfast - there was nothing to criticise, it was perfect and fitted our every need. I would definitely recommend with total confidence .

Lovely kitchen, cosy living room and ample space in the bedrooms upstairs. The hosts were extremely accommodating to our needs and requests, and were the friendliest of people.
