A beautiful and unique place. We were there with our one-year old and everything was really smooth. Morning coffee in the front garden while he was crawling around on the lane. A lot of beautiful trails in the area if you like running.

The location is perfect and pretty. The food in the pub was amazing, traditional delicacies made to perfection. We had an ale n steak pie. Breakfast was made to order and very good. Room had an amazing old world charm and yet modern comfort.

Gorgeous period building, renovated to a modern (but still kept original character) high standard. Rooms were cosy, with extremely comfortable beds and great extra touches such as the tea tray with high quality products which was topped up each day. The cooked breakfast was fantastic and staff were super lovely and welcoming. Couldn’t ask for a better location with a handy carpark adjacent. We will definitely return.

The room accommodation was superb.

The room accommodation was superb. Also ate in the dining room which was very good (breakfast also excellent). We drove there and was adequate parking to the rear of the hotel (Tesla charge points also). Very tranquil area and very relaxing. Will definitely stay again

The property is magnificent and perfectly maintained and its location in picturesque, yet quiet Upper Slaughter, was perfect. The wild flower garden and the extensive, well-kept grounds were sublime. The rooms were very spacious, aesthetically and thoughtfully furnished and immaculate. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and meticulously efficient and the fare in the restaurants was excellent. I enjoyed a lovely and tranquil holiday, in exquisite surroundings. I couldn’t have asked for more.

A lovely warm welcome from the team at this beautiful hotel. It was our third stay here and it only gets better. The location is ideal for country walking or just chilling in the hotel grounds. The dining experience is excellent and very well executed.
