The Host is really kind and hospitable. For the booking you get the top floor with two seprate rooms, living room and bathroom. You can use the fridge downstairs where the host live. The breakfast was exceptional and included in price. Greetings from Poland! I can definetly recommend! The adress/GPS coordinates from booking does not take you directly to the house - it is a place where you meet a host's car and you follow it for 5minutes drive extra, beacause as of June 2025 google maps cannot determine the route to the final destination.

Excellent and quiet place, no roads nearby. Nice territory, grapes grow, high and normal size pool, nearby there is a farm with animals, where you can see domestic animals. On the territory there is a very tasty restaurant, with pleasant prices. All the staff on the territory were polite and friendly.

Breakfast and dinner exceeded our (group of 6 Georgian bikers) expectations. Food was delicious!!! Acxomodarion was even more surprising- it is almost impossible to find in rural part of Georgia a room, in a more than 100 years old wooden guest-house, with a decent and spacious bathroom! The host is a lovely, easy to communicate Georgian family - Thea, Sergi and their two lovely little daughters.
