It’s quiet, huge area property with row of bungalows and other facilities we didn’t explore too well. Bungalow terraces facing north which is convenient on sunny days. Top luxury can be found at evening sunset view from the swimming pool. Ludovic is a professional host who knows what is the hotel business about. This handsome man is polite, patient, understanding, and shares his knowledge about the island. We have had a metal screw found in the car tyre. He guided us to the garage for fixing the problem driving his own car - we just followed him. He made it without any hesitation and free of charge. It’s a real release for us

We visited Basse-Terre in the middle of the Carnaval season,...

We visited Basse-Terre in the middle of the Carnaval season, which made our stay special. We saw three different parades in the space of four days. The only downside of this timing was that we were unable to visit two places we wanted to see - Fort Delgrès and the Gertry Archimède museum - because they weren't open. We also saw some nice street art: murals and sculptures.

We had a wonderful stay at Appartement Kreòl. The accommodation was full two bedrooms Appartement. We arrives on Sunday to Pointe-a-Pitre and there were no busses to Basse-Terre. Antoine was willing to pick us up at the airport and drive us all the way to Basse-Terre. Appartement is in a n Appartement building on the first floor and has a nice balcony. It is short walk to the stores, promenade and good supermarkets. Basse-Terre downtown has a nice main street with quite a few stores to get anything one wants. There is also a McDonald!

The Personal attention from our host Nicole made our stay at Kaz Kreole extra-special. Aside from her duties as host, she took time to talk to us, providing an intimate contact with the local culture. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. The location was excellent, within easy walking distance of the town center. The next time we come to Basse-Terre, we will definitely stay with Nicole again.

Very nice, comfortable and authentic place in Basse-Terre. The veranda and the garden are very beautiful and relaxing. The house has an authentic charme, the hosts are very friendly, helpful and kind :) I would love to go back there, felt very much at home there.
