Very comfortable modern rooms in an excellent location just outside the city centre. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Perfect hotel to stay in after traveling to Crete and discovering the archeological museum which is next door and Knossos. Right in the centre of Heraklion. Great buffet breakfast

Staff was incredible. Facilities are top-notch. Great spa and a very well equipped gym for a hotel. Great massages too! Room was super comfortable and modernly equipped with smart tech. Coming back sooner than later :)

It'a clean and comfy hotel; staff is nice and helpful. Location is great. Room was good and stylish and ours was upgraded (so, thanks). Breakfast is super tasty and the buffet has a lot of choices.

Familly room for 4 is very spacious, brand new, real beds for each, a separate bedroom for parents. The bathroom very modern and high quality. The best Ibis I have ever stayed. Very impressed. The hotel is 5 mins walk from the centre of Heraklion

The staff was very professional and responded to all our requests and questions. They were very flexible with the late check out as our plane was late at night. The hotel was clean. It was simple yet we had everything we needed.

Beautiful apartment in the heart of Heraklion. Check-in was straightforward, easy communication through WhatsApp. All clean and comfortable. Downstairs there's a bar/restaurant and the morning coffee was delicious. I think I would stay there again! Just bear in mind that the church is next to it, so it will wake you up for a morning prayer....

Nice room, comfortable, the location is perfect, if you arrive to the island by ferry you can walk, from the airport you can take a bus and arrive at the station and you will have to walk 15 minutes as well as from the port
