Close to everything, Friendly staff Clean Big breakfast.

It’s brand new hotel with smart technology. The interior design, and colour chooses by the designer give you a sense of relax and comfort. The staff is very kind and helpful. The location is perfect. The breakfast excellent.

Very comfortable (great size, everything we needed, walking distance to everything, modern and amazing staff).

Fully equipped kitchenette, including coffee capsules and dishwasher tablets, washing machine, private parking, slippers and bathrobe available

New, clean facility, matches to pictures, excellent wooden furniture, comfortable bed, breakfast was really tasty, not noisy, friendly staff. We received excellent check-in instructions as we arrived very late from the airport while at another hotel we had to cancel our reservations because of this. If we come again, we would stay again in this hotel.

Very friendly staff, really clean room, very comfortable beds, delicious breakfast.

The personal service from the staff at check in and checkout . Marialena provided excellent service . She organised transfers for us . We had a long hectic day getting to accomodation via ferry and were greeted with a welcoming smile and made to feel at home . Would not hesitate to book this accomodation again.

We had a wonderful stay at the Astoria Capsis Hotel in Heraklion. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. They even surprised us with a complimentary upgrade to a suite, which had just been newly renovated—an unexpected touch that made our stay even more memorable. The hotel’s location is perfect—right in the city centre—making it easy to explore Heraklion on foot and access everything we needed during our trip. One of the highlights for us was how pet-friendly the hotel is. Our furry family member was not only welcomed but even received special amenities from the staff, which we really appreciated. The overall warmth and hospitality of the team left a lasting impression on us. If there’s one area for improvement, it would be the breakfast selection. It would be lovely to see more traditional Cretan options included. Overall, our experience was truly enjoyable, and we’d definitely recommend the hotel—especially for anyone traveling with pets or looking for a warm, personalized stay in the heart of Heraklion.

I liked everything! I moved hotels to this one and so glad I did! Quiet location, high quality rooms, amenities and experience. Was a calm and peaceful stay, great hotel gym, spa and roof top pool. Service was exceptional and the breakfast a real highlight!

Location in the old town- center of Heraklion.

Very nice staff, comfortable rooms, great location and superb breakfast. 👌

Design of the room, interesting solutions, comfy bed. I appreciate also the presence of the iron in the room and the coffee machine!

Good location, comfy beds, clean and very pleasant stuff

Clean rooms, very great service at reception, very nice beakfast. 😊

Perfect location, clean and comfortable room, very tasty breakfast and spectacular view from the roof restaurant.

Excellent location, close to the airport and to downtown.

Everything was perfect, especially the location of the hotel which was in the center and the cleanliness.

Very centric hotel, everything nearby, clean and comfy. Great staff!

Very friendly staff, extremely clean room, well located. I'll give 6 stars out of 5!

Everything was great! We were allowed to check in earlier, which was really appreciated as we didn’t have to wait for several hours. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and they also helped us arrange a taxi to the airport. The room was clean and comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The location deserves a special mention. The hotel is only about a 7-minute walk from the city center and the sea, while the area is nice and quiet at night. There is also a bus stop literally just a few steps away, which makes it very easy to get to the beach, the airport, and other places around Heraklion. The prices are quite reasonable, especially considering the location and overall experience. We had a really good stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!

Hotel is very nice, nice view. Location is close to bus station that leads to the airport, Knossos.. Staff is friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel!
