Wonderful hotel, exceptional staff who were very kind and helpful when I arrived confused and exhausted. Beautiful rooms and delicious Greek food. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay.

Staff are so welcoming and friendly. Its family run and you can feel it

This was exactly the kind of holiday we were hoping for. Peaceful surroundings, beautiful sea views, excellent service, and a lovely family atmosphere. The private pool were perfect, and the outdoor gym facing the sea was a wonderful extra. The staff were very polite and genuinely friendly. We also really enjoyed the restaurant, where the traditional food was outstanding, and the bar, which served excellent refreshing drinks.

Everything was perfect. The place, the staff, the food, I really recommend the hotel.

I loved the location because the hotel is right in front of the beach. The cleaners do an excellent job every day, and the recreation team always gives a warm welcome. The cafeteria staff provide excellent service and great hospitality. Everyone is very kind and welcoming, especially Ektoras, who was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

We loved this hotel. So close to the beach with views over the water. I recommend the beach facing rooms. It’s worth paying a bit more. Great staff. Breakfast is very good.

Right opposite to the beach - perfect location

Amazing hotel Lovely pool Peaceful Lovely room Great service

, the staff was very friendly, on our last day we managed to extend our stay by a few hours with no problem The hotel room was clean, with a breathtaking view Location perfect

It was such a personable experience from the get go. It was very quiet but the amenities were so lovely and the pool area and sunbeds were good. The restaurant honestly was the best food we had in the whole of our time in crete.

From start to finish, this hotel was excellent. The welcome and the continued service from all staff members, the food, the cleanliness of the place. Every aspect of our holiday was fantastic.

The facilities were fantastic. 5 swimming pools, entertainment all day and evening by the fabulous Jumbo club. Most of the staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. The reception staff particularly nothing at all is too much trouble. We originally were staying for 3 days and ended up here for 10 days

The food have a different themes everyday, our room and more...

Good price for hotel on the seaside. Tasty breakfast and dinner. Very pleasant staff.

Its an absolutely beautiful place with nice staff and the Bungalows are amazing!

The room was spacey, light, modern, it was a pleasure staying at this hotel, 10000% recommend . Host Christina was very attentive and helpful in everything. Room was cleaned very well.

The room is smaller in size, but cozy, clean and modern. We received exactly the room we booked, with a beautiful view of the sea. It is an intimate hotel, but very well organized. Despite the late check-in, dinner was waiting for us in the hotel fridge. Fantastic service - smiling, helpful! An additional advantage is the proximity of the hotel beach (the hotel is right next to the beach). We highly recommend it and will come back at the next opportunity ❤️

Since it is a new hotel, it is stylish and clean. The staff is also working very hard to keep it clean all the time. We had a swim up room, which was perfect, since you get your private lounger and don't need bother reserving the ones at the main pool. The food was amazing, very high quality the same goes for coctails, only the a-brand drinks and other ingredients were used. I do hope they keep the same quality.

Likome labai patenkinti šiuo viešbučiu, tikrai nemažai all-inclusive esame aplankę. Viskas nuo maisto iki aptarnavimo labai labai gerai. Kambariai švarūs, visą teritoriją išvalo didžiulė komanda kiekvieną rytą, plauna net sienas! Labai patogus išplanavimas, nesigirdėjo triukšmo kambariuose. Fainas, švarus paplūdimys su smėliuku. Rekomenduojame 💯
