Lovely hotel with a luxurious pool and beautiful little garden. Suitable for children but also peaceful place for relaxing. It's fun to watch aeroplanes take off over your head. Hotel is located in nice neighbourhood with bakery and cafeterias very close. You can see mountains from upper rooms balconies. Very friendly staff! We felt welcome. Rooms are clean and beautiful and you can't hear any noise. There is a bus to the centre of Iraklion or you can take a nice walk.

The staff was amazing! Responded immediately and kindly for any requests. The rooms were clean and the kitchen had all the necessary for daily use.

Staff, location, the constant noise of the pool is like white noise . I liked it, but some people might find it annoying, especially in summer with open windows

Perfect location for a night. 15’ walk from the airport. Friendly staff. Reception was open when we arrived at 1am.

Everything staff very helpful and nice. Hotel 10 mins walk from centre

The husband and wife owners of the hotel were very accommodating and helpful. They assisted us with disrupted travel connections. They provided recommendations for restaurants . They arranged taxis for us. Very friendly .Breakfasts were great.

Seamless check in and Nikos was really helpful.

Breakfast was amazing, so much choice of every kind of food. The pool area was lovely. Room spacious and well equipped. We did half board and with the breakfast didn't need to eat lunch and just had dinner every night. We tried both restaurants and the food is exceptional. So so good. We went into town to eat at a really popular authentic Cretan restaurant and the food at the hotel in their Cretan restaurant was better. The only reason to have lunch is their enormous salads which are delicious and they do some potatoes cut into kind of wedges with a cheese sauce which amazing!

The pool is deep and the breakfast has a wide selection of continental as well as local goods.

The people are very very nice, helpful and the place is very new and clean!

Location in the old town- center of Heraklion.

Top level hotel in the city center of Heraklion. Close to some great restaurants and the buzzing city center. The interieur and rooms are fresh and modern. Great architecture and interieur design/furniture overall. Breakfast is fantastic with lots of choice and fresh products. You can enjoy this indoor or outdoor on the lovely courtyard. Pictures on booking for the rooms are 100% correct. We had a room with a great view on the church with a spacious balcony. Great bed (firm), shower, etc. Best of all was the staff. Katarina and the other team members were very helpful and hospitable! Great cocktails by the way.
