The location is exceptional . Located near the city of Preveza you can join the city in just 10 -15 min to have a wonderful evening there. If you feel like you don`t want to go out in the city you can spend your evening in a very quiet and friendly place at the garden of the hotel or in the balcony of the room . From the balcony you can see the ionian seafrom one side and the Amvrakikos Gulf from the other side seperated by green trees. The visit in ancient Nikopolis and museum is a must . The sense of walking around in the walls of the ancient city is great.

We spent wonderful time here. We enjoyed the apartment and the surroundings. The apartment was very comfortable, great facilities, well located. We went to some beautiful beaches (Alonaki Beach and Scala Beach) and visited 2 beautiful towns (Preveza and Parga)

First of all the staff did it's best to accommodate our needs. There were 2 situation that reinforced this but I'll mention only one. During a chat with one of the receptionists we told her we have not managed to book a local attraction (that was rather important) and we'll not be able to experience it. Although we have not asked them to help us (we didn't even think it was possible), until the evening of the same day we were called that they were able to find a way to book it for us. The rooms are spacious, very nicely furnished, modern and tastefully. The location is very near to everything of interest: souvenier shops, restaurants and the biggest (as far as I can tell) parking lot in Preveza (like 100 meters away from the hotel) which is important because in the center of Preveza there are almost no hotels with parking lot (but it's better to arrive before 19:00 or you will have to wait to find a free spot). The included breakfast is served at a nearby location (10 meters) and it's fixed menu (there are 2 menus that are not great, nor bad except for the coffee which is...well...very diluted). The bathrooms are also very nice and modern and the water pressure and temperature were always very adequate.

We had a wonderful time at SESA Hotel. Hotel is in perfect location to unwind, beautiful scenery of the sea. The hotel staff were very friendly and made us always welcome, fantastic breakfasts, great restaurant and we enjoyed the hotel swimming pool. Perfect place for family holidays

A wonderful small hotel where you can feel real Greece. Clean, with spacious terraces and air conditioning. Yorgos and Georgia will do everything possible to make you feel good and enjoy your vacation. Delicious breakfast with fresh fruit, bugazza, espresso and yogurt with honey. Bicycles are available for guests, which makes it extremely easy to get around. There's plenty to do all day in the surrounding area besides the beaches, just ask Georgia. I really enjoyed the way the staff interacted with the guests. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a few bottles of cold water after a long journey. Throughout our stay, we were delighted by the culinary dishes offered under the guidance of Emilios, followed Yanis's recommendations, appreciated Nikitas's kindness, enjoyed Katarina's smile and cheerfulness, and last but not least, the hospitality and friendship of Kostas. Thank you all for an excellent stay at Must Boutique Hotel! The hotel has a very good location very close to the beach (just accross the street) with a nice terrace. The umbrellas and sunbeds are offered free of charge. Tasty dishes.

It was an ecxeptional experience. we really enjoined our stay here. the ancient city offers a wonderfull way of alternative vacations. you could walk around the ancient walls of the city of nicopolis and in ths same time inside the walls there were parcels of small greenhouses with diffrent plants . A lot of green trees as olive trees , figs and other fruit trees. you can visit the museum first so you can understand better what you see when you get in site. Nikopolis is very near with the city of Preveza and the Monolithi beach. there is a variety of things to do and it`s really relaxing.
