The hotel is new and well designed. It is clean and the food is very good. The staff is exceedingly professional, friendly and helpful. They helped us with organizing some excursions and to rent a car (the car rentals themselves weren't as cooperative). The hotel has three excellent pools, one of which is indoors. It has access to the beach as well as sunbeds on the beach itself and view of the sea. The beach is sandy, and the water is warm, i would not recommend it for small children since it goes to 1meter depth really quickly and stays there for a while before going deeper, but it is excellent for adults.

Beautiful hotel. The pool was quite big! And the pool área is really nice to chill in. Our room was clean, well equiped and beautiful. Staff went above and beyond to help us with our every need. You will have a superb view while eating breakfast which is homemade. Parking in the área can be difficult but old town is just 10 minutes down the street and when you want to go back you can catch a taxi for 5 euro which we did every night. Stay here as many nights as you can!!!

The owners and staff really made this stay incredible. The breakfast was amazing. The rooms were beautiful and the location is truly in the heart of the old town. The car park was an easy walk away, and easily do able with your suitcases, although you do need to go the apartment first to collect the key thob for the car park.

Unique. The kids loved it! A mini Arcade-land. Very clean and comfortable. Nikos was the most attentive host we ever had in Crete. The location is perfect for visiting Rethymno. We would return anytime.
