Probably the best possible viewpoint one could ask for. An amazing spot located right above the beach with a fantastic restaurant right below. The room was new and well kept and came with all the appliances one could need for a little home cooking. The bed was super comfortable as well!

Really nice apartment with really nice surroundings hidden from the main road by olive trees. It's comfortable and super clean, with big balconies. The hosts, Maria and Stathis, are amazing people, are there for everything you need, showing hospitality at every step and make you feel like home. Would definitely come back again!

The owners and staff were so incredilby lovely, every day they welcomed us with a warm smile. We really loved the style and design of the place, it felt more like a home. The location was absolutely perfect, we were over looking the bay and the main town. So we felt out of it but with a quad bike it was only a few minutes into town.

Denise Hotel is in an amazing location with spectacular views. The lovely and generous hosts were kind enough to upgrade us to a room with a sea view, upon arrival. Taking a short swim in the pool in the evening was extremely refreshing.

Getting to the island was a little bit of a challenge but...

Getting to the island was a little bit of a challenge but very much worth it. The beaches around the island are absolutely beautiful with crystal clear waters, and they are a short drive away from Stafylos which makes it an ideal base location. Moped and car rental is very cheap, we rented a moped for 12 days which cost around £140. The island was of course one of the filming locations for Mamma Mia! so if you are interested in visiting them there are tours available, but I would personally recommend doing some research before you visit and explore yourself. The Chapel of St. John is one location that is in particularly beautiful, and I would recommend visiting around dusk as the sky is like a painting. The town offers amazing places to eat and drink, depending where you go the prices vary but there is lots to choose from, I would recommend Kochylis bakery and patisserie for breakfast and lunch, and there is a food van near in the evenings that offer a traditional gyros that are cheap for the portion size. 10/10 would recommend to anyone, truly beautiful place that I would happily visit again/

Very scenic location with one of the most beautiful and...

Very scenic location with one of the most beautiful and accesible beaches on the island and a very good and affordable restaurant with incredible view. On the downside is that the beach is quite narrow and every day or so the passing sea jet will cause huge waves which sweep away everything that sits on the beach. Also, beach bar is very expensive with a very basic selection of foods and drinks.

The location of Stafylos is good, the view from the top of...

The location of Stafylos is good, the view from the top of the road is amazing. Close to Skopelos (4-5 km). The water is crystal clear, turquoise green with rocks on the side. The beach is difficult to reach on a very steep road. By car: the parking place is very limited. Be careful with the parking (Police checks regularly: it is forbidden to stop on the left side of the road on the way down. they take the number plates). The beach is long but narrow. The 2 sunbeds + umbrella is 12€. There is a small bar. But no toilet. The quality of the whole beach is not the real one: it is very natural. There are better beaches to visit in Skopelos. The restaurant is very good with polite staff and delicious food. The accomodations are very modern and well equipped.

Nice beach, moderately crowded, moderately priced sunbeds and umbrellas (10 EUR). The beach is relatively close to the port of Skopelos, but acces is not that easy (a steep road, difficult to find a parking place, a little bit to walk from the bus stop), with a nice restaurant close to the beach and a good beach bar.

Great location - really relaxing, only 4km into Skopelos Town and a bus straight there 2 great beaches with tavernas on the both beaches Watersports available on Stafylos beach - paddleboarding / kayaking / Sun loungers/umbrellas but also space to just lay down your towel Clean clear water Really good restaurants close by Close to Agnondas for beach / seafood restaurants

We had an amazing stay at Mando beachfront, Jason and his team work really hard to provide you with the perfect homely & personal stay. We enjoyed lush homemade breakfasts and the team were always on hand to help us with any questions about what to do or where to visit. The traditionally decorated rooms provide you with everything you need for the perfect stay. We loved the swim platform for private swims and the Stafylos beach down the road was an absolute bonus.

We were taken very good care of by Phillipos during our stay. He was happy to meet us at the port and gave us the most tasty vegetables from his garden for lunch. We felt very much at home. And would definitely highly recommend if you are looking for somewhere to stay just outside the hustle and bustle of Skopelos town. Nearby the beautiful Stafylos beach with a great taverne too. What more can you wish for.

Matina and Stella's house is a gem in the greenery! Our room was comfortable and clean and had a great view on the hills. You only have to walk 15 mins to get to the beautiful beaches of Stafylos and Velanio. If you want to move to other beaches or towards Skopelos there's a bus stop in front of the house (check the timetable). It was a very pleasant stay :)
