A surprisingly stylish, modern boutique hotel overlooking the sea with spacious, contemporary rooms, comfortable beds and excellent bathrooms. The space in the room was cleverly executed with a good sized wardrobe, coffee station, a terrific shower and great toiletries.
There's a lovely terraced garden overlooking the bay with comfortable sunbeds and a path down to the sea and the swimming pool has a great view. We stayed for three nights at the end of September and would have stayed longer except they were closing for the winter.
Breakfast was good with options cooked to order and it was only a ten minute walk into the middle of town for dinner.
Hotel Oriana is located in the central square of Syvota and within 20 metres from the port. Free WiFi access is available. Each room offers it's own parking space.

A small, friendly, family run hotel which is kept incredibly clean and with the benefit of a fresh water swimming pool. Breakfast very good and constantly refilled. Fresh towels and room cleaned every day. Great staff!
Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Sivota is a relaxed, but upmarket town.
Sivota is a relaxed, but upmarket town. Lots of boats coming to the marina, lots of nice hotels, and great beaches. A good selection of restaurants and bars, and shops. I would recommend to couples, families who like watersports, friends.

Sivota and the surrounding area constitute a concealed treasure within Epiros. Abundantly verdant, characterized by rolling hills, secret coves, and a mix of small to mid-sized beaches, it is an ideal destination for both sports enthusiasts and those seeking relaxation.

Sivota is a beautiful and quiet village with many beautiful beaches.
From Sivota you can go to Acherontas River for rafting and swimming in the river, Perama Cave to see the Stalactites & Stalagmites and to Parga. Also you can take a cruise to Paxos and Antipaxos.

It is a sweet little town.
It is a sweet little town. We enjoyed to walk early morning in port, to have a breakfast, and take the dinner at night. There are some perfect restaurants in port. There were lots of beaches around the town, and a port not to far to travel to Kerkyra by car.

We have visited Sivota several times.
We have visited Sivota several times. It's a great choice if you want a small, quiet and very beautiful place. In June and September it's not crowded like Rhodes and Crete. You might need a car if you want to go on sightseeing outside the town - e.g. the wonderful coastal town Parga, Corfu is only 1½ hour away, or you can find Archeon River further up in the valley. A car is also valid if you don't want to climb the steep roads up from the city centre. There are plenty of restaurants in the town and at the harbour front - no gourmet here, but still acceptable. Our favourite is Blue Coast and afterwards Bamboo Place for a couple of ouzos or cocktails.

WE are arriving to Sivota already for the 8-9th time and we love it. Now after 3 years (COVID) we traveled also / again with our Kids and the nice thing is, Some of the good places, are recognizing us, the kids (they being with us from their Babytime)
Regardless that it has grown as all Sea Destinations, many new hotels open, and it has become fuller.
People are nice, regardless the stress to serve, but Food and Quality makes us coming back next years. Even if we might buy a flat.
It was a beautiful place to spend some time in the summer after a long trip, comfortable to sleep and quiet in the night. The WiFi internet was really speed and in each room there is a router with the name of the room, also in the garden there is a router for the WiFi!!
The room was very clean and the cleaning lady who cleaned the room was very friendly!! There is also the best facility to make a BBQ party, but quiet!!!
My advice for everyone is, spend some nights if you are planning to have a vacation in Greece in Syvota!!!
Charming little apartment complex at the silent end of Syvota. Comfy bed. Soundproof rooms. Nice bathroom. Demetris is a committed, friendly and charming host. Runs an amazing villaggio, with all that a guest can desire for, always available and smiling. All staff are nice and friendly, from gardener to cleaning lady. Beautiful garden. Catering is available at the bar, beach is 150 metres away w/drinks and sunbeds. Ionian coast is beautiful, Syvota is less crowded than Parga - just can recomment.
It's a nice villa in a lush garden, very near to two beaches (you can walk to Mega Amos and Mikri Amos) and close enough to Syvota to go for a walk or shopping, but far enough to have some peace and quiet rest. The apartment is fully equipped for a family vacation, even the kitchen, and it is very clean. The owner Panagiotis is very kind, but his parents treated us as we were their family, their hospitality is beyond words! We will definitely come again.
Everything was great. Nice little cozy apartment.A/C units in bedroom and living room/kitchen.Fully equipped with oven, hobs, microwave, grill etc. The bed was super comfy.Lots of storage space as well. Balconies with a view of the sea, Zavia beach is a 3 minute walk. Nice gardens to chill out Syvota centre a 5 minute drive with shops, super markets, pharmacy etc. The beaches in the area are amazing.
The view was amazing. Just sit and watch it and add some more years to expected lifespan :)
Everything was brand new in the kitchen.
The beds are comfy.
The room was big enough.
The people were quite helpfull and nice.
They let our cat in the room earlier and kept her in a hot day.
Parking area is big enough for everyone staying in the hotel.
The stunning beaches are so close.
The host was very nice, smily and helpful :)
The room was very spacious, comfortable and cleaned every day, so you can stay for long periods of time as a family.
The parking is beside the villa.
The villa is steps near the center but it is not noisy.
The nearest beach Galikos Molos is within 10 minutes through the Path of Love.
Will definitely stay again.
Strongly suggested.
Everything was perfect for a laid back vacation. The apartment was very comfortable and super clean (it was cleaned every day during my stay). The small secluded beach was all I needed to swim and enjoy the sun. The huge balcony has enough space to eat, work remotely, do yoga, whatever you wish! The owners are super friendly and available to help you with anything you need.
Beautiful, clean and quiet. The hotel is super beautiful and clean. We have been really impressed by the design of the rooms and the location as it's really close to the center. In 10 min by foot you can arrive to Zavia beach and in 15-20 min by foot to Bella Vraka beach. The pool was always clean, the staff really friendly and polite, we felt perfectly. Definitely worthy!
Breakfast buffet was good with fresh, high quality goods. The breakfast terrace offers spectacular views.
The property location is good with nice beach front and clear water. However, hotel guest privacy is compromised
as management allows non-residents pay for umbrellas and use the beach. Over weekends the beach front gets noisy
and overcrowded.
location perfect, the most stunning views ever experienced in Greece and short walk into town, hilly for the way back though. lots of options for chillin, pool , rock jetty and 2 beaches near by
couple of kayaks to use too brilliant.
One of the best boutique hotels in Greece, The amenities were amazing the cleanliness was exceptional the room was very spacious & the host was extremely informative & helpful for what it offered the rate was very low as well.
It was very clean, the owner was very friendly and gave us very useful informations about the beaches and Syvota. Maid was also very kind and cleaned the room every day. Location was perfect and has big parking place.
Great view, great location, extremly quiet, private beach, 5 min. to Syvota by car.
Great host, very helpful.
I never seen apartment, pool and yard this clean enywhere in Greece.
Amazing and kind host, comfy bed. 1 minute from town and from the port. The most amazing experience in Syvota as a whole - what a gem, yet not overcrowded.
