Loved this place. Great location close to heraklion but also rural. The old village style of the hotel felt authentic even though it's not, the outside restaurant seating area with views under the trees was stunning.Great food. Most of all I loved the fact that we were made to feel very welcome, Chris and Georges in the restaurant were particularly attentive, chatting to us and answering all our questions. Oh and not forgetting the cats, dog, goats and parrot.

estate kares is a great place if you really want to cut off from modern world and enjoy the life & relax. As a person who lives in a city center such places have a very special place in my heart. Beautiful views from the room & whole estate, cool swimming pool. There is everything what you need to have a great vacation. Amazing stars at night and view at the city. This was by far the best hotel experience that I've ever had! Already at the welcoming they were so kind to us and gave us Prosecco. The staff was extremely helpful with carrying the luggage and providing us with information about the Restaurants/Shops around the Hotel. The beds were very comfortable and it was an elegant room. The beach bar, the pools, everything was amazing and also very clean. The absolute Highlight was the Restaurant staff. Me and my mom have several allergies and the staff went trough the whole buffet every morning and evening with us to make sure nothing is contaminated. They also cooked special gluten free delicious food for me. A big thank you to the Restaurant for being so kind and warm-hearted!!! I will never forget this vacation and would love to come back again!

I stayed with my wife and daughter for the first time in this place. The host is a wonderful person, communicative, attentive, responsive, he is interested in what we need every day. Impeccable cleanliness, towels changed daily, bedding also changed. Along with the welcome greeting from the host, I had a bottle of Greek wine in the room. There is also a fridge in the lobby with juices, champagne, beer and wine. Everything is superlative, quiet location, close to the beach, supermarket nearby, open daily. I will gladly return to this place. I warmly recommend it to anyone who wants a relaxing, carefree stay.

Everything was great from the first day. Although we arrived early, the hotel staff allowed us to check in ahead of time. The rooms were clean and cozy. We especially enjoyed the capsule coffee machine in the room. The hotel receptionist, Vasilis, helped us with all our questions. The beach is close to the hotel, with free sun loungers and umbrellas. The breakfast is amazing. I will definitely recommend this hotel

The property is really new, modern and well equipped. We loved having our private swimming pool and the common swimming pool Was extremely relaxing. The bar super efficient and the staff always smiley and helpful. Even for a hot chocolate on the summer!

All staff made us feel at home and as part of the family. The all-inclusive package was great value for money. Loved the onsite free parking. A good out-of-the-way place that was a short drive out of Heraklion. Great pool with heaps of lounges. Two bars manned most of the time and two restaurants with good times for meals. The room was a good size with a lovely shower and a nice balcony to relax in.
