Staff was super courteous, professional, and nice. Staff was always helpful no matter the many questions we asked. They were also very passionate and eager to share information about their city and culture. Also within 2 minutes walking distance were a pharmacy, several bars/cafe's, and grocery store...the historic city center was an easy 10 minute walk. Lastly after reading many reviews about lack of parking in town and at hotels, Artena Hotel had parking!

Very kind staff and very helpful. One of our bags with cosmetics was forgotten. On the next day I called and the reception, without hesitation, helped me to get the bag. It sounds like a normal thing, but actually the bag was full of expensive makeup and perfumes, and she could have simply said, "I can't find it!" But, opposite to that, she helped me. I organized DHL for the next day and got it back. Super grateful! Recommending the place, and next time when we visit Pula, I will stay in this hotel again!
