Very well located in the middle of Istria, you can reach all beautiful areas from this central base. Definitely recommend a visit to Rovinj and Groznjan. Regarding the apartment, all you need is there. Cooking facility, oven, fridge/freezer, enough to spent a few days. The host was very friendly, and gave plenty of advice what to visit or where to eat. We also had free access to the grapes being grown there, nice snack.

The nature around Pazin is simply amazing.

The nature around Pazin is simply amazing. I have had a really hard time choosing which routes I want to take, cause there were many great things. There were also many other things to do that I did not even get to, such as a visit to the cave, the ziplining and exploring the old city. I would love to come back again and stay longer to explore the things that I did not have time for during this trip.

Pazin itself isn’t that great - the chasm is pretty...

Pazin itself isn’t that great - the chasm is pretty disappointing. However, the countryside around is lovely and there are some great walks and bike trails. Because of Pazin’s central location, it is a good base to explore the region. Lots to see and do in the area.

A beautiful little town in the heart of Istria.

A beautiful little town in the heart of Istria. Almost any point on the peninsula can be reached from here within 30 minutes. There are plenty of shopping opportunities. The castle within the town is also very beautiful and open to visitors. It houses a small museum. There's also a zipline below the castle.

The town is very centrally located and is great for visiting surrounding attractions. Restaurants aren't plentiful in the town itself, and the food is mostly fast food. However, there are some nice bakeries for breakfast.

A quiet town, beautifully situated, with a large number of pubs, cafes, well-stocked shops, a tourist information office, and a train station. Easy access from the center of the peninsula to various parts of the island. The zipline in the center is a fun and inexpensive attraction. A great choice for a few days' stay away from the tourist bustle.

Pazin and the surrounding area have a lot to see, a great location for exploring the whole of Istria, lots of taverns with delicious Istrian food - tavern Bani, tavern Vela Vrata. The restaurant of the Lovac hotel, with a beautiful view, generous and delicious portions.

It was great! The apartment has everything and anything a person may need during their stay. The location was excellent, close to all the amenities at a walking distance and the surrounding area was really calm and quiet. The host is really kind and welcoming, she explained everything very well. We had a wonderful time in Pazin and would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting the town.

Location was excellent and our hostess, Klaudia, was very accommodating with her help finding English TV and with her suggestions for places to explore. Karla and Giovanni made us feel very welcome and gave excellent advice on what to do in the area. We ended up doing the cave tour in Pazin as well as visiting a couple of the waterfalls. Karla let my daughter do a horse ride and in the evening Giovanni lit a fire for us in the fire pit. We could easily have stayed more days.
