United StatesLovely location on the top of the hill town of Buzet. Used as the base for us to explore Istria. Food, both breakfast and dinner were delicious and well prepared and priced. Staff members were very helpful and friendly. We needed a room with stand up shower, the hotel was very understanding and quickly accommodated with our request. Highly recommend this place for visiting the Istria peninsula.

This was our second visit and it was just as amazing as the first! The apartment is spotless, peaceful, and thoughtfully designed for a comfortable stay.
The free Nespresso coffee machine with its fantastic selection of capsules was a real treat every morning! The washing machine was super convenient.
The location is ideal for climbers, with fantastic climbing spots just a few minutes away.
We can’t wait to return for our third visit! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful and convenient stay in Roč.

Appreciate a good communication with our noce host. Appartment was very nice and I was suprised by its size. Well equipped. Very nice surroundings - terrace and balcony, flowers outside, also Roč is very nice village, surranded by the walls and you are in the historical center, but you can also park in the front of the appartment. I can say only possitives about it.

Amazing place with amazing hosts. Located in the mountains in Roč, it's perfect if you're looking for somewhere slightly secluded and off the beaten path. Beautifully maintained, with a great jacuzzi. There's only one restaurant in the whole town, but the food is delicious and it's right next to the accommodation. Highly recommended!
