We were hiking Camino Sibenik and this property was right on the trail. Very convenient for hikers. We had a wonderful stay at Villa Tea. The host could not have been more accommodating and friendly. He helped us with directions and recommendations and he could not do enough for us. The property was immaculate and comfortable. We wish we could have stayed longer! If you are going to Donje Polje or the surrounding area you must stay at Villa Tea.

The late night arrival was to hotel was a bit terrifying, since it is close to the road, the reception is on the other side of the road in the restaurant and you have to wonder a bit to find someone who would let you in. BUT I was warned in advance about this situation by the host, so all is fine. In the morning all looked much better. The views around made me feel like I am in Tuscany region in Italy. Very nice. Location is good for the one on the road, not the city center. Room was good, spacious, a bit outworn in some areas, but we did not expected 5* hotel. The best thing is the breakfast and restaurant which belongs to the same property/owners. It was so delicious, you get so much food, and all is home made. Mellon and water melon are just from the garden from the fields behind restaurant. Food is freshly baked in the local fireplace. Amazing taste for everything we got. A separate A+ for that and all 5 stars for meal and love that they bring to guests in the morning. The food and the views while having breakfast makes this a signature place for the road travelers. A must stay or at least a must to try the restaurant and food made on real fire.

everything. it’s by far the best hotel in Sibenik , right on the waterfront, small but perfect, nestled in charming location a stone’s throw to the main square and cathedral, plus refurbished with extreme care and taste, discreet, small but extremely comfy, nice looking and inviting. Nice outside terrace for lunch, dinner or Breakfast (served until noon! what a luxury! ) and what a breakfast,’with fresh fruit plate, all kind of egg dishes, staff ready to please you… young receptionist ultra friendly and smiling, accommodating and also on the what-can-i-do-for-you mode all the time. I strongly recommend anyone visiting idyllic Sibenik to choose this hotel.
