The villa was exceptionally clean and spacious. Lots of kitchenware, utensils and all of the home comforts required for catering for a large group. The pool was also very clean and well maintained along with the outdoor BBQ area. Fresh towels and linen provided and changed regularly and all of the appliances are very modern and clean. All of the rooms have state of the art air con if needed but the rooms are so large they tended to stay fairly cool despite the hot weather. Svetna who owns the property was so kind and very attentive. She even gave us lots of home produce such as tomatoes, onions etc from the gardens. It's a quiet area but only 20 minutes from the beach. A couple of good restaurants nearby the villa and lovely bakery. Great place to relax away from the busy resort area.

    For me it was not the best town in the region.

    For me it was not the best town in the region. To be fair it had a tough competition. Nin, Vir and Zadar are nearby and have way more options for everything. Including beaches. Zaton has limited options for shopping, supermarkets and restaurants - and pretty much everything revolves around the resort.

    No real beach around.

    No real beach around. You have to drive everywhere and all the beaches in the area are suitable only for kids (shallow water) but with sharp rocks frequently. no restaurants, bars, cafes...you have drive to Zadar (some ok places in Nin)

    The sea is mostly muddy, you have to go a far away to swimm in deep water. There is only 2 restaurant close to the beach and 2 bar. One is mostly closed. Free shower is fine. The shops are missing, you have to go by car to Nin. Holiday resort is heavily guarded :-), you have to pay, but inside is nothing to do.

    It was really nice the room was clean and equipped. We had a balcony so it was really nice to sit outside and there were clothes hangers outside on the balcony so the swimsuits dried quickly. The host is available and helpful. Parking was in a closed space under the roof. The pool is amazing as well. Really good location shop and bakery and restaurants are just a few minutes by foot. Zadar and Nin are also easy to visit by car.

    Our stay at apartment was fantastic! The apartment was exactly as described, beautifully furnished, and well-equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our own meals. The self check-in process with the lockbox and code was very convenient. The nearby beach was lovely and perfect for families with young children due to the shallow water. We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend this place.

    The Villa is excellent. I would highly recommend it. Incredibly close to the beach and the nearby Zaton holiday resort with all of its facilities. Walking distance to bar and restaurants, coffee shop and bakery. A short 10 minute drive to the beautiful Nin, and just 20 mins from Zadar - which is a must visit too.

    Clean apartment, very nice hosts, swimming pool was a big bonus in the heat, good size balcony, & has parking. You can walk to the beach & into Zaton Holiday Resort for food & use the facilities (except the pools), but we enjoyed renting a car for visiting Nin etc.
