Tapolca is a small, charming town where the Mill Pond and the Lake Cave offer a truly unique experience. Romantic little cafés, restaurants, and shopping centers (yes, even a McDonald's) are also available, catering well to those with such preferences.

The view was great. Very close to the park area.

The space around the toilet is tight, especially around the shoulder area where a wooden box juts out of the wall.
I can't remember now, but the apartment is up 3 or 4 flights of stairs.

Small rather typical Hungarian town with friendly people.
Small rather typical Hungarian town with friendly people. Excellent place to stay if you want to enjoy Lake Balaton AND a small town's facilities AND beautiful excursions in the volcanic mountains surrounding the western part of the lake.
You will have all this without the overpopulation now characteristic to the eastern part of Lake Balaton.
Connection by car from Austria is easy and quick.

Great place to visit.
Great place to visit. Lovely stay in Gabriella Hotel, but Hotel Pelion was not so good.
Would recommend visiting this area of Hungary. Locals are friendly and welcoming.
Most places have easy access and you could manage without your own transport.
Food is a big plus in Hungary too.

Very nice and spotless apartment. On the edge of town so nice and quiet. Good cooking facilities and nice lounge area. A little pub and a supermarket very close by. The best part was the host Erika, she could not of been more informative or helpful, she sent me plenty of info about Tapolca and what else to do in the area and there was a fair bit of info in the apartment as well, she even went and bought a plug and tea towels and dropped them off when we couldn’t find any, by far the best host we’ve had in Hungary!

This is an excellent location with a lovely and tidy apartment equipped with numerous kitchen and household appliances that are at your disposal, also with Coffee machine. Very comfortable bads. It is situated in a convenient area in the center of Tapolca, close to significant tourist attractions. Also a great stop in the way to Croatia or further places or just close to Balaton. We will definitely get back here! <3

The hotel is in the center of town with free parking. It is ideal for both small children and adults. The food is perfect and there is something for everyone. The ratio of investment obtained is more than profitable. It is worth coming here to rest for a couple of days.

The hotel is very nice the rooms a very big and clean. Around the hotel is a park with a pond it is a very nice setting. The staff was very friendly and helpful to accommodate for my food allergy.

Spacious, very clean and modern air-conditioned apartment in the heart of Tapolca town centre. Great location about 15 minutes walk to Tapolca railway station. Great communication from host.
