The premise is big and very good. My families love staying there. All the facilities are there and it's very comfortable for family gathering. The host is very friendly. Keys handover is easy as the host has assigned someone to wait for our arrival, give us a quick tour of the house. Overall a very very nice experience. I will repeat booking next time

    The room was super spacious and clean, loved the automatic curtain blinders. Toilet was superbly clean too! Walking distance to trans studio theme park and mall, very convenient. Got the chance to have breakfast at the 18th floor club lounge. Service was exceptional and the staff there were extremely warm and polite. Honestly the BEST hotel breakfast experience EVER! Thank you Trans Luxury Hotel Bandung for ending my honeymoon on a high note!
