The hotel decor is really beautiful. The breakfast buffet is varied and very nice. The pool is spectacular. The bed and bedding are extremely high quality. Above all, the staff are what make the hotel. This may be the first time I've gone out of my way to compliment staff at a hotel, but they really are exceptional. Big shout out to Maudy, who was so kind and friendly to our infant daughter.

The service was exceptional. Ray helped us check in promptly and upgraded our room. When we ordered grab food delivery to the hotel, the staff offered to bring it up to our room which was so nice.

The hotel offers facilities typical of a very good hotel of international standard. What sets it apart are two features: first, the dedicated staff who offer world class service with a personal touch; one feels truly welcomed. Second, the amazing breakfast with changing Indonesian dishes every day. I also liked the location inside Pondok Indah Mall. Lots of shops and restaurants at hand, easy public transport available. Perfect location if you have business or friends in South Jakarta. I will happily return at my next visit to Jakarta.

The staff were all so helpful. When I checked in, I heard the mosque standing in the bathroom with door closed so I asked to change rooms. The check in staff and on duty managers were excellent and helped me move rooms to a room that had sound proof double glazing problem solved. Super comfy beds, great space in the room and the breakfast buffet was wonderful. Huge choice for all tastes in a pleasant high ceiling room with wlarge floor to ceiling windows. Overall would deffinitely stay again if needed.
